Blue Cake Photography is a wedding photography service based in Dallas, Texas. Owner and photographer Kwang has been documenting stories of love and adventure since 2012 and hasn’t looked back. She puts her heart and soul into her work and aims to capture all the emotions of your wedding day, transforming them into a stunning suite of images.

Services Offered

Blue Cake Photography covers everything from engagements to traditional weddings and elopements. Kwang offers a variety of packages that can be tailored to suit your needs. She has a one-event-per-day policy to ensure that each special occasion gets the love and attention it deserves. She is available for full days and presents couples with 10 sneak-peek images within three days of their celebration. After processing, you will have 800 fully edited images, digital files, and full printing rights. Additional services include:

Simply the Best

Our wedding had to be completely re-planned because of the pandemic and Kwang could not have been more helpful, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire process. She captured our special day so beautifully and we will cherish our photos for years and years to come. Kwang’s artistic eye and attention to detail made every moment of our day captured on camera absolutely breathtaking. We cannot recommend her enough!

Great pictures and services

They photograph my wedding back in April and we love the final product. They were professional throughout the whole process and the best thing is how they directed and helped with posing. The pricing is also great for a small wedding like ours.

Highly recommend

We were very happy that we made the decision to go with Kwang to photograph our wedding. We can't say enough about her. She did an amazing job with our engagement photos, and wedding photos. What I liked the most about her is the creativity and her ability to get the candid photos without us even noticed it.
We love the whole experience and love all our pictures. Highly recommend Blue Cake Photos to anyone and everyone!

Amazing person to work with and photographer

Kwang is the absolute best! She is lovely to work with, responds to phone and email promptly and has a quick turn around for her BEAUTIFUL photos. She has a great ability to disappear behind the camera and catches candid moments you didn’t even realize she was photographing! I love all my wedding photos and can’t wait to reminisce over them for years to come. :) Also, my family doesn’t have many photos of us all together as adults and I absolutely love the ones of my siblings and me. She captured all their individuality and silliness to a tee. I really can’t rave enough about Kwang so I’ll leave it there, lol!

Excellent!!

Kwang did a great job shooting engagement photos for me and my fiance. She had many great ideas on how to pose and made us feel very relaxed. The photos came out great! Highly recommend her!

Highly recommend

I love working with her! She is so sweet, caring and kind-hearted. I used her for my engagement photo shoot and I instantly fell in love with her and her work. I am going to be using her for my bonus daughters senior pictures and my wedding! I would highly recommend her and I am looking forward to using her again!

Engagement Photos

We hired Blue Cake Photography for our engagement and wedding photos and are SO happy that we did! We had our engagement photos done last fall and Kwang was wonderful to work with and her spark and creativity helped capture our photos beautifully. We are really looking forward to her photographing our wedding this December.

Professional, flexible and fun!

Couldn't have asked for a finer photographer and end product. Kwang's working style is friendly, professional, open to ideas, and fun. I prefer naturalistic photos that don't seem too posed, and that's exactly what we received. I highly recommend Blue Cake to anyone to capture their big day!

Excellent and Fun!

When it comes to photos or taking pictures, I have no idea what to do! Kwang made taking pictures so much fun! She had several creative ideas for poses as well as having creative ideas to incorporate beautiful surroundings and objects! I highly recommend her!

Best photos for the best price!

I was not put together for the wedding I didn't know what I was doing photo wise and Kwang reminded us of certain photos that would be a great idea and the photo process was so painless. The wedding photos went so well I didn't think it could get any better until we got the photos. They were breathtaking and had perfect timing. I would definitely use Blue Cake Photography again.
