Blue Bistro went above and beyond fromfrom inception to execution for the catering for our wedding. Most people say not to worry about what food your serve at your wedding because no one ever remembers the caterer. Our guests will not stop talking about how great the food was.

First off, Blue Bistro worked with us to create a unique menu that reflected our ethnic heratige, while staying within our budget. The result was a mixture of Greek, Italian, Irish, and Chinese foods that may sound strange together, but our guests have not stopped raving about all the food since the wedding.

Lori was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond with everything, she showed up early to scope out the venue day of, and she was there during the reception to make sure that everything went as planned. The best part was that when we arrived at the reception hall, there was a plate of appetizers waiting on our table for us, and they brought us entrees to make sure that the bride and groom got to enjoy all the delicious food.

After everything was said and done, Blue Bistro sent us home with all the leftover, which our guest have been trying to steal ever since.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Blue Bistro. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it! They sent everything home with us (including the croutons for the salad). I have never had buffet food (we had chicken marsala) that was so well prepared and flavorful. One of my bridesmaids has a severe gluten allergy, and they were very accommodating. They work with Snickerdoodles baker for an assortment of dessert, which were delicious and varied. They do not have a liquor license, so we did need to bring our own alcohol.
