Blue Agave did a fantastic job for our wedding in May 2024. The chicken and steak were both great, and their flautas are absolutely amazing.

Josh and his staff went above and beyond what we asked for. The food was a hit at the reception! It was very easy to work with him even though we were planning the wedding from a different state.

We hired Blue Agave as our caterer for our wedding. (Guest of 200)They offered an amazing price per person and their food included Rice, Beans, corn cake, salsa and chips with 3 Entrees. Their food was so delicious that we also hired them for appetizers during cocktail hour. We also got the bartenders and servers (who also did the clean up). During my reception I went out of my way to thank every staff because they were truly amazing to our guest. George was truly professional and has the best team! I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Agave. I was one happy bride! Thank you Blue Agave!

We used them for our rehearsal dinner and my bridal shower! Guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the set up was! This restaurant is seriously the way to go!!

Wedding food carries a weird stigma with it of not being very exciting. It was the opposite for us thanks to Blue Agave. At our wedding, our guests gave rave reviews about how delicious the food was! Blue Agave served amazing enchiladas, carnitas, and apache chicken at our wedding, along with their rice, beans, and corn cake. My husband and I loved all of our food, and our guests kept going back for seconds. While we made our visiting rounds at the tables, people kept asking where we got the food because it was so delicious. At our taste test, we had such a hard time choosing because it was all so good. We used Blue Agave to bar tend our wedding as well, and had mango/strawberry margaritas, beer, soft drinks, and wine. Their mango was amazing, and our guests loved having unlimited booze. They were on time, the setup was beautiful, and the servers and bartender were super sweet and professional. On top of everything, George was such a pleasure to work with, and I could not believe how competitively priced they were! The cost was much less than some of the other caterer's we had quotes from, some were higher even without the bartender! Do not hesitate to hire them: Great service, reliability, pricing, and flavor!

We used Blue Agave for our wedding this past weekend. Everything about our experience with Blue Agave exceeded our expectations. Delicious food, highly competitive pricing (extremely important when you're on a tiny budget), servers were excellent and met every need and request with a smile and went above and beyond in offering assistance in any way we needed and George (owner) and Lynn were awesome to deal with in setting up our event. You can't go wrong with this vendor...highly recommend and will definitely be using them for events in the future.

My husband's aunt used Blue Agave to cater my personal shower. Their food is amazing! Everyone commented about the great flavors. They set the food up very nicely with flowers. Their staff was very professional. She also had a bartender who kept our drinks full. Great catering and amazing food!!

When figuring out how to do the food at my wedding (venue that includes catering? finding my own caterer?) I was flabbergasted to find out that people can spend over $60 for one plate of food for one person. Ummm no thank you. Luckily I was recommended to Blue Agave by a person whose work caters with Blue Agave multiple times a year and they are always pleased with it.

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Agave. George is amazing. He was so attentive to us when we did our first tasting and was prompt with getting us a quote. He was available for any questions I had during the five months between choosing them and the actual wedding. He was so low stress which in turn helped me be low stress.

The actual day of the wedding I will be honest and say that I only ate half my plate of food, but that's because I was the bride and let's be real, you don't have a whole lot of downtime on your wedding day. :) But the half plate I did eat was phenomenal. After everything was said and done, the most comments I received the day of the wedding and in the few weeks since it happened were for my DJ and for the food. IT WAS SO GOOD.

They make amazing food and they were great at catering. Oh and try $12/plate. Done and done.

I purposely found a venue where I could bring in my own caterer because my friend had Blue Agave cater her wedding and it was the best wedding dinner I had ever had... and I have been to more weddings than I would like to count. George at Blue Agave did not disappoint. The food is beyond amazing. Several of my guests said they went back for a second plate and many have asked where in the world we got our caterer because they absolutely loved the food. Now honestly, how often do you hear that from guests? Most of the weddings I have attended are the typical chicken/steak and the chicken is dry and the side dishes are less than wonderful and people pay $60-$80 a plate! .. for bad food! It's crazy. My husband and I are foodies so it was very important to us that our guests enjoyed what they were eating. They LOVED it!! The price is shockingly budget friendly at about $12/person. We also had Blue Agave provide our beer and wine at about the same price of $12/person. They provide margaritas as well included with that price but our venue didn't allow hard alcohol. If you want appetizers that is a bit more and depending on how big your guest list is, there is a fee for wait staff. But it was all amazingly priced and for incredible food! With appetizers, dinner, beer/wine, wait staff (they cut and serve the cake too), and tax & gratuity for about 270 guest it came down to about $42/person. It's really hard to believe! Appetizers were amazing! Chicken flautas - yum, steak & chicken skewers - tender and tasty, & Belgium endive - melts in your mouth. Dinner: Apache chicken breast - tender and flavorful, a must have!, Ancho cheese & spinach enchiladas - to die for, and carnitas with flour tortillas! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Working with George and Lynn was incredible - they were so helpful and friendly and seem to really understand the stress of wedding planning and ease all concerns. We really enjoyed going in to taste the food beforehand too! Yum!!
