As a vendor myself, I had a great experience with Chloe! She was knowledgeable in understanding how to coordinate multiple vendors within the timeline, and most importantly recommend vendors that captured the vision of the Bride and Groom! A smooth coordination behind the scenes is reflected in a smooth event where everyone is having a great time! I would work with one of Chloe's brides again in a heartbeat!

Our daughter Tiffany was married at our home in late July in front of about 100+/- friends and family. Over a year and a half went into planning and preparation and of course every possibility from perfection to disaster runs through all of our heads right up to the day. The wedding and everything associated with it fortunately tipped to the perfection end of the spectrum, which is a testament to the planning and work and efforts of Tiffany first of all, as well many others who played a huge role in the success. Also, a bit of luck in picking a date that the weather cooperated.
Tiffany decided early on to hire Blooming Event Design owner Chloe Jenkins to work with her to plan and advise, coordinate and collaborate, and manage the success of her once in a lifetime day. Although my support for this decision was wholehearted and complete, Boomer here of course wondered privately if the cost would bear the equal benefit. Answer is 110% yes. Worth. Every. Cent.
For the collaboration with Tiffany in the months leading up to the wedding, Chloe provided invaluable suggestions, recommendations, and insights to help make the decisions that led to what Tiffany and Cole hoped and wanted to happen. Chloe and her assistant Lucy were instrumental in the success of the day from the moment they arrived in the morning until the last item was organized by them to finish the night. Low key but insistent. Helpful with a soft touch rather than a push. Where they were needed, when needed, and however needed. Even the few inevitable minor glitches here and there, were completely unnoticed by most because Chloe and Lucy were there to smooth out the wrinkles. A perfect day for Tiffany and Cole.

July 29th 2023 Wedding for Cole + Tiffany

Where do I even start a true love letter to Chloe? You are one of a kind. I first witnessed your stealth coordination skills at my best friend’s wedding a few years back. I remember watching how you would regulate and resolve so many things at once with so much grace, all the while be in 3 places at once (magic I tell you). I knew you were the one I wanted at my future wedding.

Fast forward and Chloe, you were nothing short of a wedding ninja. I grew up in Sandpoint, but have lived away for over 15 years and essentially felt like I was planning a destination wedding. I struggled initially looking for vendors that fit my vision of our wedding day. Chloe had a full list of recommendations and during one of our first in person meetings, really took to heart what I was looking for and helped me execute it all. She felt like a friend and mentor from day one. I planned and designed our wedding, flew home three different trips beforehand to complete some DIY creations, check out the hundred boxes I had shipped to my parents and had a lot of details I had every intention of adding to our special day. Reality hit and it flies by just as fast as they all say. Wedding day, I had to let go and trust that everything would come together and not stress about the things that I didn’t have time to finish. Chloe came in “cool under pressure” as Cole put it and went to work.

When I say that Chloe is a wedding ninja, I mean it whole heartedly. The first time I saw the tent setup, tables, my signs, photos, I teared up. She did it. She freakin crushed it. From the beginning I told my fiancé that I had three expenses that were top on my list: video, photo and CHLOE. Wedding on a budget? Make a list of your “must haves” and put Chloe on the top. She was worth every penny.
Throughout the day while getting ready, ceremony, photos and reception, I found myself opening my mouth to say or ask something and many times before I could get it out, Chloe would already be on it. I often found myself smiling and thinking to myself, “I freakin love Chloe”.
We cannot thank her enough for everything. Chloe was a critical piece of the success and dream day. If you’re debating her services – just do it!

Chloe was absolutely fantastic! We live in the Seattle area and wanted our dream wedding in Sandpoint. Chloe was a referral from our venue and I am so happy we partnered with her. Leading up to the wedding she was communicative, friendly, and so helpful. She thought of things we never would have. Our wedding was flawless and she was the puppet master behind the scenes. We wouldn’t have changed one thing about our wedding and that was largely due to her help. HIRE HER!!!

As others have already mentioned, hiring Chloe was BY FAR the best decision my husband and I made as we were planning our wedding day. We live in western WA and decided to get married at Schweitzer Mountain (in Sandpoint, Idaho) and it was such a relief to have an experienced professional with local connections handing all the details with our vendors and venue. Chloe used her network to put us in touch with some amazing local vendors, which saved us the time & hassle of researching and reaching out to vendors ourselves. She also handled all the coordination between our vendors & our venue (getting married on a mountain is no easy feat), which was a such a lifesaver! Chloe checked in with us regularly via email & Zoom throughout the planning process, and every time we chatted with her, any stress & anxiety we were feeling about the wedding immediately melted away.
On the day of our wedding, we were thrown a huge curveball with the weather -- a surprise summer thunderstorm after 60ish days of zero rain in the area. Though we couldn't move the ceremony indoors, we did decide to move the reception indoors, though we had been planning and making special accommodations for an outdoor reception for months. All of our guests were shocked when they heard that the indoor reception was not the original plan, which I can only attribute the magic that Chloe was able to work on short notice! Even with all the last-minute changes, I can honestly say I never felt an ounce of doubt that Chloe would be able to pull it off.
Chloe has such a calm & soothing presence, which my husband and I greatly appreciated and was also remarked on several times by our families and wedding party. She kept everyone in good spirits as we were getting whipped in the face by driving rain on a mountaintop & made sure I had a blanket, drink, and appetizers as soon as we got inside after our very wet and cold ceremony. We are so grateful for Chloe & all the work she put into making sure our day was perfect! If you're planning a wedding in the Sandpoint area, hire her immediately :)

Hiring Chloe was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding- hands down. From the beginning Chloe was so kind, patient with my ever changing ideas and always willing to talk via email or phone. I was planning our wedding from across the country and if I ever had a question or concern Chloe was always quick to help sort it out and make me feel better. The amount of time that Chloe spent talking and meeting with me leading up to the wedding did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.

Chloe and her team executed my vision for our wedding seamlessly. She was there setting everything up on the morning of our wedding and she was the last to leave. The small things she did for me were incredible and I am so grateful- checking in with me while I was getting ready, helping our florist figure out what to do when I added extra tables and forgot to update her on how many centerpieces we needed, giving me a breath mint before the ceremony, checking in with my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and drinking water- the list goes on and on. She even left wedding cake in our room to enjoy at the end of the night! Chloe took the stress off of my husband and I and our families, so we were able to enjoy our wedding day. If anything went wrong, I have no idea what it was- that's how good Chloe is at her job! 💕

Guests noticed how amazing Chloe was as well. She was not only making sure everything was running smoothly she was making sure our family and friends were well taken care of. I can not tell you the amount of people that came up to me at the wedding, and after the wedding, who told me how wonderful Chloe was. Throughout the planning process Chloe became a friend and I will miss working with her. I truly cannot say enough about Chloe and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. xoxo

They say you can never really plan what is going to happen on your wedding day. I didn't really believe this, because I am a big planner and had been working with Chloe and had thought we were ready for any scenario. And then I woke up on my September wedding day and it was SNOWING. I am 1000% confident that Chloe can save and solve ANY wedding day surprise that is thrown her way! She was SO calm and collected the whole day and had to figure out a way to bring our entire wedding inside instead of outside. She absolutely nailed every single detail and no one even knew we had something different planned. We TRULY cannot thank her enough - from the bottom of our hearts - for what she did and how she dealt with every problem that came her way that day. She kept us calm and executed our perfect wedding.
