The flavors were incredible and variety was very appreciated by our wedding guests. So moist and not overly rich.

The BEST cupcakes in the Lehigh Valley! We ordered 3 dozen of 6 different flavors - Hot Fudge Sundae, Confetti Cake, Blueberry French Toast, Strawberry Shortcake, Maple Bacon Pancake, and Blue Hawaiian. Our guests raved about them, and we barely had any left over!

Blondie’s did cupcakes and a cutting cake for our 7/2/17 wedding in Bethlehem. We originally had a different baker, but she ended up closing her bakery about 5 months before our wedding. Blondie’s came to the rescue – Rebecca was so kind and so responsive to all the emails I sent her. One of the many awesome things about Blondie’s is the amount of flavors they offer. My husband and I “suffered” through the tough job of trying A LOT of different flavors before deciding on the ones we wanted for our wedding. In the end, we went with Peanut Butter Black Bottom, Red Velvet, and Raspberries & Cream. Since Blondie’s is a small, family-run business, they do not offer delivery, but that was not a problem. When we went to pick up everything the day before the wedding, it was all packaged up and ready to go. One of the employees even helped to load our car. We were able to fit the cake and the 100+ cupcakes into my Civic with no problem. The cupcakes were a huge hit…the guests loved them and I even got messages after the wedding about how wonderful they were. The price was right too – Blondie’s is a great value, offering high-quality, BIG cupcakes for a fraction of the cost of other bakeries. My husband and I will definitely be using Blondie’s again in the future!!

We ordered 4 different flavors of gluten free cupcakes for our wedding and everyone absolutely loved them! They said they didn't even know they were gluten free which is an extremely high compliment! Rebecca was great to work with both prompt in email and on the phone.
