Sabina of Bliss and Chic Wedding Photography photographed my June 2012 wedding. I was provided with the most unprofessional and disorganized service on my special day. Bliss and Chic photographer, Sabina was incredibly stressed out all day, yelled at my bridesmaid and was incapable of capturing any real candid moments during the day. A few key moments missed include: bride being given away. Groom entering the wedding. Exchanging of rings. Mother of the bride portrait. Detail of wedding reception dinner table. Details of wedding reception dessert table. Floral arrangements on dinner table. Dancing.

The poor service began the night before the wedding at the welcome dinner where Bliss and Chic had verbally agreed to take photos but upon arrival to the restaurant informed me that she was just too tired from traveling to bring her camera yet proceeded to order food and enjoy her meal seated at a table as though she were an invited guest.

According to my written contract with Bliss and Chic, I was promised photography service from the morning of my wedding day until the wedding was over that night however, the day went more like this: Bliss and Chic refused to photograph me at hair salon as she felt the decor didn't fit the "wedding story"? Bliss and Chic refusing to photograph me in my silk dressing robe. Me, the bride, asking Bliss and Chic to step outside while I finished getting dressed because she was so frazzled and stressed out it was affecting everyone in the room. Bliss and Chic failing to capture the key wedding moments (mentioned above.) And the icing on the wedding cake was probably finding her outside eating during our first dance after which she didn't take a single photo for the rest of the night, came up to me and told me she was tired and leaving the venue to go to bed.

Bottom line: To be a good wedding photographer you must posses an ability to capture candid moments as they happen. Bliss and Chic was beyond unprofessional with her actions
