Jennifer at Bittersweet Baking was incredible. My daughter and I met with her and told her our vision for the cake and Jennifer made it happen. The cake was not only beautiful but it was delicious. We had different flavors on each tier and our guests loved it. I received so many compliments on the cake and so many requests for the name of the vendor. Jennifer also uses local products for her ingredients. The cake was amazing. I also had her make a bridal shower cake and it was just as amazing. Thanks Jennifer, I will certainly use your services again.

Our cake was absolutely amazing in every way. Definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding! It was beautiful AND delicious, and just everything I wanted it to be.

Jennifer wowed me with her professionalism and high-quality product for my wedding. My husband and I ordered cupcakes in three flavors, bite-sized fruit tarts in three flavors, and a decorated cutting cake. Jennifer was prompt and helpful in tastings and even gave the option for a very reasonably-priced, additional tasting when I changed my mind later about flavors. All of the flavors we tasted were outstanding. The coconut cake with toasted coconut cream filling was my favorite and her white chocolate buttercream frosting is the best I have ever tasted! I had trouble articulating exactly what I wanted for the decorations but Jennifer had lots of ideas and delivered a beautiful product that was exactly what I couldn't quite put into words. She delivered our desserts on time and arranged them beautifully; our guests were stunned and loved all of the desserts. Tip for other brides: there are lots of non-cake eaters who loved the mini fruit tarts! I can't wait to have an excuse to order desserts from Bittersweet Baking in the future!
