Our flowers arrived to our venue in excellent condition, timely and looked exactly what I had envisioned when we put the arrangements together. I visited the Harrells Ferry location and the staff was so friendly. I had the pleasure of having RJ as my rep who did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect combination. They came set up everything at the venue and took down what was not to be taken home by me. They also left instructions on how to care for the flowers we did take home. I had received several quotes from other vendors that were much higher than BH. I do not feel that I had downgraded service or product by going with the lower price. I definitely recommend Billy Heromans

Heromann's provided beautiful flowers and wonderful service. They were very flexible to last minute changes, and there were a few.

The set up at the venue was worry free and beautiful.

They were amazing. Put together the most gorgeous bouquet at a price that would definately fit my budget. Helped me choose flowers that were still going to look the way I wanted, but fit into my price range better. Couldn't ask for better service :)

Heroman's provided us with beautiful purple calla lilies for our wedding, they provided exceptional service and quality and made our wedding day special. Todd at the Perkins Rd location was great.

The flowers were beautiful but when we wanted to make a little change they took a long time to respond. They were expensive but worth the price. They did a great job on our flowers.

The flowers were beautiful. However the bridesmaid's flowers were the wrong color. We made a change by email weeks before the wedding and it wasn't taken into account when they were made. I did find them to be professional and responsive but in the end, white flowers are not blue. An offer was made to fix them but it was too late to do. The reception hall was beautiful though! The buffet centerpiece was lovely, as were the table centerpieces.

They are known for their high prices and high quality but I got a great deal bc my step mom worked for him for years back in college. People thought we spent WAY more than we actually did. I had very high expectations and I was a little let down. They didn't return my calls, or fax invoices they said they would fax without repeated calls. Some things that I was very particular about in our meetings with them were overlooked on the wedding day. Don't get me wrong everything was absolutely BEAUTIFUL but there were things done differently from the was I had wanted them. I was the olny one who knew this though so it was not obvious to my guests. Overall I was very pleased with the appearance of all the flowers and decoration. Whenever I see women who were guests at my wedding the flowers are all they talk about. People have since call me to rave about my flowers and ask where I got them from.

The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and fresh! They put them together better than I could imagine. On the downside- pretty expensive. I couldn't afford to have them provide anything else other than the bouquets and some tulle for the church aisle. Also, they were 45 minutes late delivering the flowers, thus causing the church party to have to stick around for an extra 30-45 minutes following the ceremony so that we could take pictures.
