Big D's Limos puts the D in delightful! They were on time, responsive and communicative. The transport aspect of our wedding was definitely something we were concerned about, as our wedding was in Lansing, but people were staying in Ithaca. Big D helped organize a timely and fun car service that got everyone to the venue on time. We saw some fun pictures and videos of people enjoying the sound system, lighting system and special "VIP Section."

They were very accommodating with our change of plans during COVID. They allowed us to change venues and locations multiple times.

We booked the classic trolley from Big D's as transportation for our wedding party and our experience was great! The company was very professional to deal with, they called to check in a couple of weeks before the wedding and the driver called a couple of days before. The driver was very nice and easy-going, even with driving us around to multiple picture locations. The trolley was a great alternative to a limo, there was much more space to move around. I would definitely recommend Big D's.

I was so happy that we decided to get transportation for our guests through Big D’s. Their online contract system made it extremely easy to book, which was awesome! They reached out to confirm my itinerary prior and the driver called me a couple days before the wedding to confirm everything again and introduce himself. Our driver was professional, flexible, and very kind! Everything went off without a hitch and everyone got home safe, not to mention that the ride home was a blast!

The staff at Big D's were extremely easy to work with and accommodating of all our needs for our wedding. Our driver, Jeff, was an integral and bright presence in our day. He was unbelievably friendly and fun, offering a mint or bottle of water in between the craziness of the day, and always being willing to snap a group photo. He was patient with our large wedding party, and helped to keep the energy high. He was there to calm my nerves before walking down the aisle and thus proved to be much more than simply a driver. We do not hesitate to recommend Big D's, and especially Jeff!

I've used Big D's before for wine tours, but this time used them for my wedding. They were great! We had 2 buses, one was the wedding trolly, which is so cool! It has been completely redone inside with hardwood floor and is so unique looking. The second was a limo bus providing transportation for our guests. A few days before we went over the itinerary of different pick up times and locations. The day before the actual drivers checked in with me just to be sure everything was accurate. The day came and Big D's was right on time. Our driver was very nice and professional. Our route was taking us the back way to Skaneateles but when we requested to go through the town she had no problem changing course. From the photos and listening to our friends on the other bus we know they had a good time! The buses all can link up to your music and Big D's is always about a good time from my experience with them. Everyone had a great time, arrived to and from safely and on time, so I couldn't ask for more!

Excellent! Used Big D's for my wedding this April. Driver was promt and friendly. Limos were very clean. Big D's was very accommodating to our requests as we required several limos and a party bus for shuttling wedding party and guests to and from hotel, church, and reception. Communication with them for reservations and billing was terrific.

i used big ds limos for my wedding and they were excellent!!! The driver joe showed up on time in a nice tuxedo. We had a awesome 28 pass white party bus that was fantastic. They had all the disco lights going and when i turned on the radio,omg that thing was loud and clear. When we got out of the church, joe had the red carpet put down. He even shoveled the snow out the way so that he can roll out the carpet. :) I couldnt ask for a better day with big ds limos!!!!!!
