Bianchi Winery & Tasting Room is a vineyard wedding venue located on a 40-acre estate in Paso Robles, California. The boutique winery is home to award-winning wines and a modern tasting room. The property features four unique sites to host your wedding ceremony and reception among the vineyards, countryside views, and lakeside sunsets. Bianchi has a waterfall leading into a koi lake that surrounds the tasting room. The floor-length windows overlook the serene views that surround the property.

Facilities and Capacity
Bianchi Winery & Tasting Room accommodates up to 200 guests for your wedding. All four of the event sites are highly versatile and customizable to fit your wedding style- and they are all yours to use if you wish. The architecture of the winery blends old-world charm with modern accents. Wedding ceremonies are held outdoors on the landscaped lawn with a semi-circular redwood pergola that is adorned with greenery. Receptions take place at the tasting room with a patio alongside our large koi pond. Dance the night away on the deck underneath the stars. For weddings larger than 135 people; you can add a tent on the vineyard lawn among the grapes for an outdoor reception. The Bianchi Vineyard House is located on the property and serves as the gathering place for any pre-wedding preparation.

History
The Bianchi family's history with with wine industry dates back to 1974 when they first invested in a winery and vineyard on the banks of the San Joaquin river in the Central Valley of California. They soon became industry leaders producing award-winning wines. In 2000, they purchased 40 acres of vineyards in the current locatioin, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
