Frew's Bridal has amazing customer service and they go above and beyond. The seamtresses are wonderful and honest. They give just the alterations you need and nothing more. Their tux selection is wide and the most inexpensive I have found.

I bought an accessory for my wedding dress from this website a few months ago. Please note that if the item is not in stock (as mine was not) they need to make a order request with the designer to get this item. Due to my item being out of stock when I ordered it I did not get it until today (I ordered it in October and it's now it's the end of December, however I was fully aware that it would take time to get this item shipped to me). The customer service at BestBridalPrices was amazing and fast! Before purchasing this expensive accessory I asked a lot of questions since it was out of stock and their customer service was extremely understanding and helpful. They were quick with their responses as well. I also followed up at the end of November just to check on the status and they responded right away. The accessory was everything I had hoped for and exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to see it with my wedding dress. I highly recommend this company-just give yourself enough time to purchase the items because it does take time!

I'm so glad I ordered my dress from this site! They were so easy to work with and gave me a $400 credit towards any accessories from their store. I ordered my dress over the phone and was told it would take 6 months to come in; to my surprise my dress came in 3 months later. I used to the $400 credit to order shoes, a veil, a bird cage, a garter and a pair of champagne flutes. Everything was packed very carefully and all the accessories were in great condition, as was my beautiful dress. Everything was ordered exactly as I had specified and not only did I get a great deal on all the free accessories I got, I didn't have to pay sales tax on my dress.

Bought my dress online after trying it on in a shop in Australia and it was exactly what i tried on. It was fantastic quality. If you're shopping from Australia highly recommend using Shopmate through Australia Post as my dress didn't allow international shipping.

I honestly had a very good experience with this company! I did my research on it very thoroughly after finding a pin on pinterest about buying your dress online, and at first I was nervous with some of the reviews. But I found my dress, and I checked the actual maker's website and it was much cheaper on the this website! So I made my purchase (on a Sunday, so not during normal business hours), and I got a call the next day informing me that they had to order the dress from the maker and as soon as they got it it would be promptly shipped to me (I did spend some extra money for 3 day shipping), and the woman on the phone said that I should expect it the following Monday. I was so surprised that it would be so soon! One week later and sure enough, my dress was delivered. It was in great condition, and they also included an opaque garment bag. I would definitely recommend this website for other brides on a budget. And like any store or website, just make sure you read through the return policies and everything.

I purchased all of my bridesmaids gowns from this site. and the experience was so pleasant that when I found my wedding gown in a local boutique i checked the site first to see if they also had it and it was available for 1/3 of the price!!! The dress was exactly what I wanted and it arrived exactly like they said it would. It was even less expensive than if I bought it in store. I was extremely nervous ordering my dress online... I went and tried it on at a wedding shop, but found it $300 cheaper through bestbridalprices.com... I ordered my dress mid Feb and just received my dress beginning of May! I wasn't suppose to have it until the end of June... I am so excited. My dress and sash are perfect! They gave me a dress bag as well. Customer Service online and via phone were on point as well.. When I called they answered my questions right away, and when I was getting inpatient I emailed them and got an answer within hours. I'm just thrilled and would order from them again!

My 6'1" daughter found the dress of her dreams at BHLDN. Unfortunately, it wasn't long enough. She was so disappointed until we found the same dress on bestbridalprices.com with an option for additional length. In addition, Best Bridal Prices was running a promotion which allowed her to get her veil, shoes and jewelry included with her purchase. We were promised a late May delivery date when we placed the order in January, but everything arrived more than a month ahead of schedule, and we couldn't be more pleased with everything she ordered. Our sales rep, Barb, was very responsive to the couple of questions we had, and helped make what could have been a nerve-wracking experience a pleasure. Online ordering can be scary. i recommend that anyone on the fence about ordering from this company find their dream dress in a store where she can try it on to be sure it's "the one", and confirm size, etc., then check Best Bridal Prices. It was, hands down, the best place to buy the dress.
