Frew's Bridal has amazing customer service and they go above and beyond. The seamtresses are wonderful and honest. They give just the alterations you need and nothing more. Their tux selection is wide and the most inexpensive I have found.

I bought an accessory for my wedding dress from this website a few months ago. Please note that if the item is not in stock (as mine was not) they need to make a order request with the designer to get this item. Due to my item being out of stock when I ordered it I did not get it until today (I ordered it in October and it's now it's the end of December, however I was fully aware that it would take time to get this item shipped to me). The customer service at BestBridalPrices was amazing and fast! Before purchasing this expensive accessory I asked a lot of questions since it was out of stock and their customer service was extremely understanding and helpful. They were quick with their responses as well. I also followed up at the end of November just to check on the status and they responded right away. The accessory was everything I had hoped for and exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to see it with my wedding dress. I highly recommend this company-just give yourself enough time to purchase the items because it does take time!

I'm so glad I ordered my dress from this site! They were so easy to work with and gave me a $400 credit towards any accessories from their store. I ordered my dress over the phone and was told it would take 6 months to come in; to my surprise my dress came in 3 months later. I used to the $400 credit to order shoes, a veil, a bird cage, a garter and a pair of champagne flutes. Everything was packed very carefully and all the accessories were in great condition, as was my beautiful dress. Everything was ordered exactly as I had specified and not only did I get a great deal on all the free accessories I got, I didn't have to pay sales tax on my dress.

Bought my dress online after trying it on in a shop in Australia and it was exactly what i tried on. It was fantastic quality. If you're shopping from Australia highly recommend using Shopmate through Australia Post as my dress didn't allow international shipping.

I honestly had a very good experience with this company! I did my research on it very thoroughly after finding a pin on pinterest about buying your dress online, and at first I was nervous with some of the reviews. But I found my dress, and I checked the actual maker's website and it was much cheaper on the this website! So I made my purchase (on a Sunday, so not during normal business hours), and I got a call the next day informing me that they had to order the dress from the maker and as soon as they got it it would be promptly shipped to me (I did spend some extra money for 3 day shipping), and the woman on the phone said that I should expect it the following Monday. I was so surprised that it would be so soon! One week later and sure enough, my dress was delivered. It was in great condition, and they also included an opaque garment bag. I would definitely recommend this website for other brides on a budget. And like any store or website, just make sure you read through the return policies and everything.

I purchased all of my bridesmaids gowns from this site. and the experience was so pleasant that when I found my wedding gown in a local boutique i checked the site first to see if they also had it and it was available for 1/3 of the price!!! I have recommended this site to every future bride i know!

I got my wedding from BestBridalPrices.com even though many were telling me it was a bad idea to purchase my dress online. TRUST ME, it was the best decision ever! You won't be disappointed! The dress was exactly what I wanted and it arrived exactly like they said it would. It was even less expensive than if I bought it in store. It's very hard for me to be impressed with a vendor, but this company is definitely AWESOME. I have so many great things to say about them. Customer service is also amazing. I would 100% recommend them to brides.

I was extremely nervous ordering my dress online... I went and tried it on at a wedding shop, but found it $300 cheaper through bestbridalprices.com... I ordered my dress mid Feb and just received my dress beginning of May! I wasn't suppose to have it until the end of June... I am so excited. My dress and sash are perfect! They gave me a dress bag as well. Customer Service online and via phone were on point as well.. When I called they answered my questions right away, and when I was getting inpatient I emailed them and got an answer within hours. I'm just thrilled and would order from them again!

I just want to say how amazing this company is. I ordered my wedding gown online around March and I just received my dress!!! I wasn't expecting my dress to arrive until July. The dress is perfect! I spoke to Pam over the phone and she was the one who actually helped me pick a size. She was awesome. A free veil came with the dress and I couldn't be happier! My Mori Lee dress and veil is gorgeous. I so love this company and will recommending it to everyone I know. IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT PURCHASING A WEDDING DRESS ONLINE, I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

My 6'1" daughter found the dress of her dreams at BHLDN. Unfortunately, it wasn't long enough. She was so disappointed until we found the same dress on bestbridalprices.com with an option for additional length. In addition, Best Bridal Prices was running a promotion which allowed her to get her veil, shoes and jewelry included with her purchase. We were promised a late May delivery date when we placed the order in January, but everything arrived more than a month ahead of schedule, and we couldn't be more pleased with everything she ordered. Our sales rep, Barb, was very responsive to the couple of questions we had, and helped make what could have been a nerve-wracking experience a pleasure. Online ordering can be scary. i recommend that anyone on the fence about ordering from this company find their dream dress in a store where she can try it on to be sure it's "the one", and confirm size, etc., then check Best Bridal Prices. It was, hands down, the best place to buy the dress.

I was a little nervous about ordering a dress online, but I had been able to try it on at another store that I found the same dress at that the price was out of budget. I was stoked to find the price in my budget. When I placed my order, I got a call within 24 hours with someone wanting to confirm that I really didn't need it for another year. It was so thoughtful of them to call just to double check that I had written the right year. I didn't hear from them for a while, so I called to see if I'd get an email letting me know when it had shipped. They said I would, that they had sent it to the designer and then when they shipped it to me, I'd be alerted. Sure enough, I got an email with a tracking number! The box was packed nicely, the dress fit great. I had a seamstress friend add in a bustle, and I was good to go! It fit great. I was so pleased with this experience.

I saved hundreds of dollars on an authentic wedding dress I had found elsewhere. Shipping was quick, payment was accurate, and the team was always responsive to e-mails and phone calls. They were awesome! I had to contact them several times via email and they always responded very quickly and were very helpful. They didn't have the particular dress I wanted and they added the dress just for me. I saved about 30% compared to going to a bridal salon. The dress came in and was perfect. Definitely not used or a sample-it was a brand new dress never tried on or opened.

I got my dress, veil and shoes from bestbridalprices.com and have nothing but good things to say. I got a great deal on my dress and got $200 to put towards shoes/veil. They dyed my shoes free of charge and even explained to me that the colour may be different between the lace and satin that were on my shoe. I will likely order from this website again for future formal occassions.

I ordered my wedding dress from this vendor. I tried it on in a bridal salon first so I knew exactly what I was looking for. They had the exact dress in the right color and size for 25% less than the bridal salon and other websites. And it was the genuine dress from the manufacturer, not a replica. Also my dress arrived two weeks earlier than the said it would and about three months after I ordered it. I also got several accessories from the website which arrived well in time for my wedding and the one issue that did arise (my picture frames did not come as early as I wanted) was resolved quickly and the representative was very nice.

WOW!! Where do I begin with this website. As a hectic and budget conscious bride they truly came to my rescue. I purchased my wedding gown, my shoes, and my veil for the retail price of just my bridal dress!! I am SOOOO happy that I took a leap of faith and ordered my dress online. I fell in love with a couture gown and was going to go with my second choice because of the difference in price. I searched online and found that they had my exact dress for much less than the local dress shops. They also included a veil. I wasn't going to wear a veil, but I ordered one just in case I changed my mind and I am so glad I did. It brought everything together perfectly. The dress was delivered ahead of schedule, it was beautiful and a perfect fit.

BestBridalPrices.com came to my rescue after my original vendor went out of business, just three months before my wedding date. As the original vendor was unable to complete the transaction, they provided me with the order number for the manufacturer, and BBP took over from there. They ensured that my dress was in fact still in production, followed through with the order and ensured it was shipped in a timely manner.
The staff was pleasant to work with from the beginning, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. (The dress by the way, was beautiful!)

After searching for several months, several salons, and in a few states, for the dress I wanted (saw it in a magazine, but very few salons sell Impression Bridal Courture), I finally found it on bestbridalprices.com. I did some research and read that the website is a part of a legitimate bridal salon in IL. I was living in NJ at the time and I was not about to board a plane to try on this dress. During my ventures, I came across a similar style (same body, same lace) in a salon in NY and loved the body and lace. So, I took a chance and ordered the dress from bestbridalprices.com and I couldn't be happier. I received the dress in just over one week's time, because they had it in stock in my size and color. Since the salon had it in my size, color, etc., I was able to get a discount. I bought the dress at half the suggested retail. Overall, I would recommend this website/salon!

I got my wedding gown from this website, I know not very traditional...but I can tell you ..it was the best choice. I had less than a year to plan my wedding and since many bridal shops would not have any dresses ready right away I decided to order it online, and I got my dress in 6 weeks. My dress looked amazing, little to no alterations were needed, it fitted me like it was made for me :) ... My dress is so beautiful, better than pictured and I saved a ton of money, because I ordered it online. I definitely recommend this website, their customer service is amazing and the dresses are unbelievably beautiful..... I still get compliments on how amazing my dress looked, I looked stunning and that was all I wanted for my wedding day ... i can send pics of my dress if anyone wants to see :)

I really wanted a certain dress (Venus, Pallas Athena PA9957) for my wedding but it was SO expensive at every store I went to. I was nervous about buying a wedding dress online at first but went ahead and purchased the dress through the phone from this site, the lady was very friendly and helpful. When it came I looked it over and tried it on and it fit just like the in-store ones did. I am SO happy with this dress and would buy from this online bridal store again in a heartbeat! omg!!! This website is by far the best ever! I was very hesitant to get my wedding dress online but I did and I was able to make installments on my dress. My dress cost 718 dollars AND it came with free shoes and a free veil!! BEST DEAL EVER!!! My dress was a Mori Lee 2011 Spring Collection. My dress was and is still the talk of the town!!! LOVE IT!!! I'm a plus size model too so my dress was fitting properly in all the right places!!!

BBP is by far the best place to get your dress. I got a gorgeous dress, free shoes, and veil. Online responsiveness was wonderful. My dress actually came 2 months early and in perfect condition. The bridesmaids dresses came on the exact date estimated. I would recommend them to anyone.

After drooling over a Maggie Sottero AD3395 dress that no vendors in Boston or San Diego seemed to carry, I took a major leap of faith and purchased my dress online, based on the fact that the measurements seemed to almost exactly match my own. The dress came with a free pair of shoes and a veil, plus free shipping!

A couple of weeks after ordering, I decided I wanted blue shoes, and Bestbridalprices was kind enough to dye them to match a swatch that I sent them.

The dress arrived ahead of schedule by about 3 weeks, came with a certificate of authenticity, and needed only minor alterations (hem and shoulder) to fit perfectly. I'm so glad I took a risk in ordering my wedding dress online.

I bought my dress from their storefront in Alton, IL. They were fantastic. They went to far as to pull my dress from boxes of shipment they has just received to that I could try it on. When I ordered my dress, there was a snafu with the shipping times from the designer. I was notified promptly of the problems and the customer service ladies were amazing helping me solve it. I ended up buying the brand-new sample I had tried on and they honored the 50% off deal even though I had ordered my dress for full price. I totally recommend buying from them!

We went to their actual store in Godfrey. It was nice to be able to try on dresses in my size -- it really helps you get the idea of how it will look for the big day. Also, they were having a special of half off in stock dresses! I got a great deal on a gown that was perfect!

I was so nervous to buy my wedding dress online but I found it at this site for hundreds of dollars less than the bridal salon! It was easy to order and came within 8 weeks!! Was packed artfully in a small box, complete with garment bag and liner, with designer tags on. It was obvious that it was the correct dress, size, style, designer, and my seamstress even commented on the quality of the gown. If you know exactly what you want, have tried it on, and find the style at this site I'd go for it! (check them out at the Better Business Bureau, too)

I searched everywhere for this Allure Couture dress, I even went as far to call the company and see you had the dress. After a trip 5.5 hours away Allure said the Best Bridal Prices in Alton, IL had it. My mom went there and they looked in the back room and found a box with an Allure Couture dress in at. At first my mom did not think that could possible be the dress but IT WAS! They gave it to her for 50% off because technically I was buying it off the rack. The dress was perfect and the ladies at Best Bridal Prices were amazing!!!!

It was the best price we could find on the dress and I got a free veil (which I didn't end up using) and free shoes (which I had dyed and did use). Customer Service was helpful. The dress came earlier than when it was supposed to and it was way cheaper than the local bridal salon. Also, included free shipping, and came with free shoes and veil.

I went to a lot of stores to find my wedding gown. I went to the "Big Name" chain stores and I finally found the dress I liked in boutique store in Baltimore. However, the prices of the dress was entirely too much. I refused to pay over $1000 for a wedding gown that I would only wear once. To make a long story short, I did an internet search for the lowest price I could get for my gown. That's when I came across www.bestbridalprices.com

I found my dress on their website and they were offering a deal on a veil and shoes with the purchase of my Maggie Sottero gown. To make a long story short, with the purchase of my gown, I received my shoes and veil for FREE, there was NO sales tax, and shipping was also FREE!!! For a gown that cost over $1000 at all shops I searched, I got my dress, shoes, and veil for $699. Oh, did I mention that they also dyed my shoes to match my gown for FREE also. I purchased a Diamond White Dress, so they made sure my veil and shoes match. All were delivered at the same time.

I am thankful I shopped around and I will recommend BESTBRIDALPRICES.COM to everyone I know.

I had what every bride doesn't want, I had originally bought a dress from a different store and had a change of heart and decided it wasn't the one. I did, however, find my dream dress in a boutique in Kansas City, but the price was outrageous. I searched online and found bestbridalprices.com. After many emails back and forth between myself and a bridal consultant there I found the the dream dress for a much better price with them and they had amazing accessories to go along with it. Shipping was free and they even price matched the dress from another vendor I found (although they had not very good reviews). I'm so glad these ladies were patient with me and answered all my questions since they are in IL and I am in KS. Thanks!

I bought my tiara from them. It was great, and it arrived on time like they said.
The tiara was more expensive than another website, however this one offered faster shipping.

From the first time I went to look at bridesmaid dresses the staff was very helpful, caring & Carol was very helpful. Especially when I found "THE DRESS" from trying it on & getting the measurements & the fittings was a great experience and knew that they would & did answer any & all questions. Never did I feel rushed or that another customer was more important than finishing whatever was started. I'm so thankful I went & found my dress there I couldn't be more pleased! I ordered my custom-sized Casablanca wedding gown from Frew's Bridal, and was very pleased with my experience. All the ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. My dress was completed by Casablanca on time and with the proper measurements, which were taken at Frew's Bridal. Their store is also very beautiful and clean. The only slightly negative thing about my experience was that my seamstress seemed to forget about an appointment I made with her (on only one occasion), and after driving from Saint Louis, I arrived to find that my dress had not been worked on. But in the end, my alterations were made on time and my dress was beautiful.

I bought my wedding dress here, it was absolutely beautiful and the price was right. We also got our bridemaids dresses from them which was a bit hectic, not sure what happenned but one of my girls ended up with a different colored red trim even though they were all ordered at the same time and since she lived out of town and hers was shipped to her, I did not know until the day of the wedding. Thankfully it was still red just not the right shade. They helped us with our tux rental and that is where things really were screwed up, when we went in for the fitting peoples pants were wither too short or to long. The Seamstress was out so we had to wait and have everyone come back the next day which would have not been so bad if we did not live an hour away. Overall they were very nice and helpful and everything ended up great!!

I bought my dress, shoes and veil for $600. I found the dress in a boutique to know what size and then ordered it online. No shipping or taxes for out of state customers. The dress was beautiful and they even threw in a garment bag for free.

I ordered a Maggie Sottero wedding gown – processing time was good for a designer dress (5 months) and it is certainly an original, complete with certificate of authenticity. We got $170 credit towards shoes & headpiece, which was awesome, so that definitely made this the best price anywhere. My recommendation would be to go to a fancy bridal store, try on the dress of your dreams, and then come back here and get it for less. The only issue we had was that we were not notified of shipping, and as a result, my dress almost got returned to sender! (the UPS guy was having trouble finding the address). Considering it takes months for your order to be complete, one would think they would send you some notification when it was shipped. However, when we called customer service, they did help us straighten things out.

Overall I was pretty happy with my purchase. First after placing my order, I had to call back to request a confirmation. It was not automatically sent. When I finally received it, my name was misspelled so I was nervous about their attention to detail. I'd suggest reading your confirmation details carefully because they just as easily could have made a mistake on the dress size or color etc. My dress arrived very fast, about a month later and was exactly what I wanted. They offered free shoes and veil as a promotion with my dress (which was the same price as other stores). The shoes were mediocre at best. The veil was a downright terrible. It's like someone took the cheapest piece of tulle they could find and then sewed it to a cheap plastic clip. I definitely wont be wearing that. I would recommend them for their dress prices and fast shipping.

Wide selection. Fair prices. My tiara broke in the box and my bridesmaids dresses were not the right colour. They were difficult to get a hold of and did not offer any compensation for my problems. would not recommend

Bought my dress online throught this vendor, was not sent an invoice or confirmation after placing my order but after several calls and emails I received a confirmation. Unsure if it was my email service or what. The estimtated date of arrival went by and about 1 1/2 weeks later I received my dress. The dress came in a box that had gotten a hole in it during shipping but luckily it did not damage the dress at all. The dress ended up beautiful and just as I thought it would be, so that was definitely a plus and the price was right.

I purchased my dress online here and it was gorgous. I was concerned buying something so important online though I couldn't pass up the price so I bite the bullet and bought it. I love my dress. The packaging isn't anything special- my dress came in a cardboard box, inside wrapped in what looked like a simple white plastic dress bag. I did have to find a seamstress that would take online dresses (not purchased through a store or a store the are associated with). Though once she was finished with it, I was and still am in love.

I ordered a custom made veil from this company. Transaction was done via online chat. The delivery price was confirmed. At no point were the possibility of extra custom fees mentioned. When the veil arrived in the UK, I had to pay an additional 50 pounds on top of the 30 I had paid for shipping. Company just dismissed this saying this information is on their website. They didn't feel the need to inform their customers about this when negotiating the sale. I finally coughed up the extra money and picked up the veil from the post office. It was the wrong colour. It was white instead of ivory. And the quality was shocking. It looked more like a net curtain than a veil.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced!!!

Trying to order a dress off these guys is painful, first enquiry went well. Requested price/and if they ship to Australia. Price was good, yes we do ship. Went and got measured and tried to order the dress, after no reply to 8 emails I started getting up in the middle of the night to use the chat and talk direct. They sent me an order form via chat, I asked for it to be emailed 3 times, each time they claim they did. Never received one email, then after the order form they tell me I have to use a re-shipper to get it to Aus? My first question was do you ship to AUS!?! so I've wasted weeks trying to order off a company that knows its breaking its agreement with the designer by referring me to their preferred reshipper, and I'm assuming this is why I cant get an email off them in regards to my dress!!
Dodgy rude people, found another bridal store that met their price and ships to Aus and only took 15 mins to order, and have everything emailed to me.

Sold me a dress that did not even have!!!

I ordered a dress from them that said it was in stock. Took them a week to call and say they could not even find it. Don’t sell merchandise you don’t have!!!! Now I’m in a pickle!!! Would not trust this site!

The most frustrating experience. Everything I received was really poor quality, they took weeks to get back to me, after I had to email and call repeatedly. They took so long to place my order, everything I ordered was out of stock. This happened three times, because each time it took them WEEKS to place the order. I wish I had just paid a bit more at my local boutique.

These dresses are NOT authentic! My dress looks nothing like the picture! It is very thin and you can see through it! The material is shabby as if it's been worned and pulled.
