I was first exposed to Ben’s amazing work through a friend and I knew at that moment that Ben was the one we wanted to work with for engagement pictures and day of for the wedding. Ben is extremely down to earth and fun which makes having your pictures taken so easy and comfortable! My husband does not always enjoy getting his picture taken, but Ben is literally the best and makes it easy to let loose. His work is immaculate. He was also flexible after our wedding was postponed due to COVID in early 2020. I would hire Ben over and over and over again. I am obsessed with his work. The quality is amazing and he is extremely creative. We loved that our pictures looked natural rather than forced. Ben has such an eye for capturing moments. You will not regret hiring Ben. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience my husband and I had.

As soon as I saw Ben's Instagram account (months before I was actually even engaged), I knew I wanted him to take our wedding photos.

Then once we met in person and he was kind, professional, and funny, it was a done deal. Our engagement photo shoot was so much fun, and we got our pictures back so fast to use for save-the-dates. And of course they were stunning.

On the wedding day, he and his assistant photographer put me at ease by being super punctual, knowing the schedule and flow of the day, and just by keeping things lighthearted and making it easy for my husband and I to be in front of his camera.

We are THRILLED with our photos. He even included some he took on film, which were beautiful. Ben was amazing to work with! We had such a great time getting to know him and getting our photos done by him. My husband doesn't always like getting his picture taken, but Ben made both of us feel so relaxed and natural. This really showed in our engagement and wedding photos. One thing of the stand-out things about Ben was his non-invasive approach. He didn't interfere and "direct" our day with "posed" pictures, but rather captured our natural selves throughout the day and was able to capture some very intimate moments. One thing all of our family and friends have said was how much our personalities really show in the pictures, and that is what makes an amazingly talented photographer. I found him through a google search and instantly fell in love with the romance and timelessness of the photos he posted on his website. I did have a budget in mind and like to think of myself as a budget savvy bride. The price for the package I wanted was a bit over my allotted amount but the connection I felt, I followed my heart. I cannot stress enough it was worth every penny! I have SO many pictures and every one is priceless. It's a challenge to choose my favorites for one album. He truly is a master of his craft and makes stunning art out of these precious moments. Ben made taking pictures so fun and easy. He really captured the moments and even enhanced the experience! What an easy experience especially for me who is camera shy! He was funny, easy going, played music, and knew the right lighting and poses for the best photos!

My husband, bridal party, and family and I do not have enough positive things to say about Benjamin Hewitt Photography. Ben is so fun and you can feel the passion that he has to provide beautiful pictures for you and your event. Throughout the day he kept us laughing, having fun, keeping to schedule, while also slowing down and enjoying the little moments of the day. He knows what works, wants you to be happy and does his best to get all of the pictures you want, how you want them. Our first meeting was awesome, he asked about my then fiancé and I's love story and future plans, just wanting to know more about us. I really feel like that short time frame a few months before the wedding, allowed him to know us better and capture our love in a more personal way, even though we had just met him! He was responsive, understanding and helpful throughout the entire planning process. I would do my whole wedding day over again just to have Ben take pictures, it was so much fun!
