Great customer service. I was deployed to Japan and I gave their headquarters a call and asked if I could have a ring shipped, and they shipped it to me without a problem. I am glad my fiance loved the engagement ring and the wedding band I chose out for her. Everything showed up in about a week; relatively quick considering I was half way across the world at the time.

Ben bridge took care of our wedding bands. They were exactly what we were looking for and the timing was perfect.

We went to the Ben Bridge at the Galleria. They were very professional, yet didn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. We purchased my husband's wedding band from here. It's a Ben Bridge original design and my husband always gets compliments on it.

My wedding jewels are beautiful, necklace, earrings, and a bracelet made of white gold and pearls. The staff was very nice, not harassing, the price I paid was fair, and they gave me a discount for buying the whole set. The jewelery still looks very nice and they offer maintenance (I haven't taken advantage of this). I feel that I got quality jewels for life that I can wear for any occasion.

They did the inscription very soon and they have a standard price for it.
