We knew that we wanted something different when it came to the wedding cake. I have been to so many weddings in which cake just sits at the table wasted and no one bothers eating it. My husband and I love Ben and Jerry’s so much that we decided to have an ice cream bar. It was such a hit! We had an actual Ben and Jerry’s cart with a staff member scooping ice cream. Guest were able to pile on as many toppings as they wanted. Not only did it look amazing and add some creative elegance to the room but it tasted awesome as well. Not everyone loves cake but everyone loves making their own sundaes. It was great seeing people line up for desert and what was even better was seeing people on the dance floor with ice cream.
