Bella is one of the most talented photographers I have ever met. She has an amazing eye and captures moment and emotions that you aren't even aware you ever had. She drove from Kerrville to Austin on a Monday evening to capture our private ceremony. She is so completely amazing and talented. You could not ask for a more personal experience. Thank you Bella!

I hired Bella Photography to take my wedding photos. I paid her $800 for 4 hours of wedding coverage and an edited disk. I can't begin to explain how horrible the photos were that she took. I hid them from my husband and my family for over a month before I even had the courage to ask her for a partial refund. She refused to work with me, and insulted me by telling me that my budget was not good enough. $800 for FOUR hours is a professional rate. There are so many photos that were botched, and so many more that she didn't even capture. I am missing photos of my 84 year old grandmother walking down the aisle, along with the rest of those escorted.I'm missing photos of the candy buffet that i slaved over for months! These are just two small examples of the things she failed to capture. The day I went to her office to pick up the disks I set up a time, and when I got there she had no shirt on! You can imagine how mortified I was(I wish I was making this up!). Not only does Bella Photography have poor quality when it comes to inside weddings, but she has VERY poor professionalism! I cannot express how she hurt me as a client and lost the memories of my wedding that I wish I had. If you are planning a wedding that's covered or inside, look elsewhere. Otherwise, you will go through the same thing I am. Maybe not the shirtless part, but the poor quality and extremely poor customer service. I've contacted her to get at least a partial refund and her words were "I'm done. What you have is what you have." She was ride to me, rude to my family, and did a pisspoor photo job. I still tear up when I think about my wedding experience with her. Those are memories lost forever.
