We used Bella Monica as our wedding caterer on September 22, 2012 and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I have had so many of my guests tell me that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. Because of Bella's amazing selection, we were able to provide menu options for our gluten free and vegan guests, including appetizers and gluten free bread!!! Everyone was well fed, and we are still eating amazing leftovers from our freezer, as are our families, because the portions were so big!! :)
Aaron and Corbett were absolutley fabulous throughout this process!! They were flexible in working with us and provided lots of great suggestions as to what to choose for our menu. They even let us customize what we wanted. The servers from Bella were also amazing on the night of the wedding. They were efficient, friendly, and fun! Corbett was there as well to make sure everything ran perfectly. In my opinion, I don't think a bride can ask for better than when the owner of the company shows up to ensure everything runs as it should.
The price was unbeatable, the food was outstanding, and the service was great. I would encourage anyone to use Bella Monica for their catering needs. You won't be disappointed!!!
