Groom: My wife and I were recently married, and we had the pleasure of working with Alana, and her assistant, Tom, during our wedding. She helped coordinate our wedding day, working with us to outline and break down all the important steps for our wedding, as well as organizing our vendors. There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and she really helped make our special day an unforgettable one. Alana, we will miss working with you! You rock.


Bride: My husband and I are happy and fortunate that we were able to hire Bella Donna Weddings as our day of coordinator. In our wedding planning process, Alana had many helpful suggestions for planning our ceremony and wedding. She was very detailed oriented. Her timelines great. Bella Donna also contacted all the vendors to confirm their arrival times. This was very helpful since I was stressed with the personal touches for the wedding and finishing projects at work in order to have time off for the wedding. On rehearsal night and day of the wedding, she and her assistant Tom were great in directing our wedding party including the ringbearer and flower girl in our procession. We did have a slight snafu in forgetting the name place cards in my apartment but was able to retrieve them at the time of the ceremony. Alana and Tom were very calm and collective to calm us down. They also started handwriting our place cards just in case we were not able to retrieve them. All in all, our wedding day was perfect and we are grateful for Bella Donna.

Alana Gamarro should not be considered a business owner let alone an event coordinator for weddings. I was ignored/neglected for MONTHS after signing a contract with this person and paying in full. I’m dealing with mass headaches to get my $1600 back from this scam of a person. Attached photo of her sad excuse as to why I was ignored for months. DO NOT HIRE

Bella Donna Weddings, its CEO Alana Gamarro/Viso, and sales director Thomas Viso (spouse) have been an absolute horrid to deal with.

We booked them as our day of coordinator and Alana was very responsive initially so we were excited as she was fairly priced. However, over the next few months as our wedding approached, she missed delivery timelines she set herself and we began to experience significant communication issues where she would not reply at all to emails or texts just to check in. We voiced our concerns when our second deposit was due and she told us she was busy with other events at the time which was understandable. She promised then that we would definitely receive a within 2 business day reply to any communication, which alleviated our concerns for a brief moment only to run into the same exact issue a few weeks later. She even scheduled a meeting only to completely miss it and ghost us. Now, after being ignored for over a month and a half after emails, texts, phone calls we decided to terminate our partnership and began to pursue a refund for a breach of contract. At this point we had paid well over a 1000 dollars with a 4 slide poorly designed vision board and 2 vendor referrals that we didn't even use. We were contacted by Thomas who tried to justify the unprofessionalism and blame us for "not reaching out through other means like instagram and facebook (which are very inactive pages to begin with)" even though we tried to contact them multiple times through more formal means.

We have been unable to reach a resolution with them as they continue to ignore us and we are now pursuing the full amount through legal action. They use Zelle as a payment option which is a nonrefundable/non-disputable option so beware. If you do not want to be in a position where you are needing to bring this company to small claims court, stay VERY CLEAR of this unprofessional company. We deal with many vendors and this has been the only terrible experience we have had. This unprofessionalism is not suited for a wedding company at all.
