Bell Farm

Bell Farm is a certified wildlife habitat with an idyllic garden backdrop located in York, Maine. Their property, which is covered with a range of gorgeous flowers, can be the perfect spot for your wedding occasion. Birds and butterflies will be buzzing about as you tie the knot, providing a magical atmosphere for your special day. There is a working gift shop, designed by a talented local couple, that has been in operation for thirty-plus years which is located on the property grounds. The Bell Farm gift shop has since changed hands and, in the new era, weddings were introduced to the beautiful gardens that surround the charming red barn.

Facilities and Capacity

Weddings can be held in the garden lawn which flanks the Bell Farm barn. Within the dedicated space, there is ample room for a tent to be erected that can house plenty of your wedding guests. The area is lined with perennial gardens and is also host to lovely bird baths and romantic outdoor light fixtures.

Bell Farm is pleased to offer both uncovered and covered space for your wedding event. They allow outside vendors on the property so that you can customize your occasion to best suit your wants and needs. History

Bell Farm was originally established in 1988 by Rex and Judy Lambert. They lovingly crafted an antique shop to serve coastal York, Maine. In those days, the barn was filled with hidden treasures and magical delight, surrounded by lush beds of flora that invited guests to come in and explore. In 2005, a second shop was added with a focus on gardening and wild birds, contributing to the natural wonder that the grounds already held. In 2018, Michelle and John Corgan bought the property and transformed it into the wonderful, open property that it is today, allowing couples to hold their special occasions with the beautiful backdrop that is the essence of Bell Farm.
