Bel Air Events is a ballroom wedding venue located in Kokomo, Indiana. This elegant, luxurious space invites both ceremonies and receptions. Whether you're looking for a modern, luxurious or elegant space, Bel Air Events can achieve it all. Since opening in 2014, this venue has hosted countless people who want to celebrate their biggest milestones. The team here is committed to helping couples to bring their dream day to life. This event venue is just over an hour from Indianapolis International Airport, while there are various options for overnight accommodation within walking distance.
Facilities and Capacity
Bel Air Events can comfortably accommodate anywhere from 100 to 380 guests and can handle both the ceremony and reception all in the same space. The sprawling and elegant staircase is the perfect backdrop to charm couples and guests in between the ceremony and reception. The room is illuminated by ornate chandeliers, adding a touch of glamor to the decor. This space is outfitted in neutral tones, allowing you to make the space your own with whatever color palette you have in mind. A get-ready suite is also available on-site, offering a private space where to-be-weds can finish their preparations.
Services Offered
Bel Air Events is a full-service wedding venue with on-site catering and event coordination available. Couples can choose from a range of all-inclusive packages when planning their wedding here, ensuring they make the most of their venue. The team at this space is happy to take care of setup and cleanup, in addition to supporting couples through the planning process. They offer a selection of event rental items, including tables, chairs, centerpieces, drapery, and chair covers. A photo booth can also be set up to add an extra element of entertainment. Full-service catering and bartending is managed by the on-site team, led by Chef Cynthia Yazdani. To-be-weds can choose from a variety of serving styles, including hors d'oeuvres, plated, and buffet. Bar services, meanwhile, can include a champagne toast and signature drink.
