I was impressed with Jenny before I even met her. Her organization and thoroughness came across in her emails. When we arrived at the venue we fell in love with her ! The way she treated and spoke to everyone was just lovely!! We have never had so much fun and felt so good about a wedding. Everyone was laughing and just had the best day! Jenny set that tone. I can’t say enough.

We used chose Before the Vows’ “Month Of” coordination package for our wedding and mom and I both agree it was THE BEST decision we could have made. We are both DIY kind of gals, but our venue required a wedding coordinator so we booked with Jenny. Very, very quickly we realized we would have been way out of our depth without her. Not only is Jenny extraordinarily kind, positive, and up beat, but she is extremely thorough and detail oriented. We had multiple meetings with her and her team leading up to the wedding, and each time we left feeling confident and encouraged. Jenny and her team always showed up early to meetings, were consistent with communication, and clear about instructions. It was a huge blessing to be able to hand over vendor communication, timeline planning, etc to them the month before the wedding. The wedding went so smoothly and Jenny and her team worked so hard— truly above and beyond—to make it so my family (mom in particular) truly just got to act as guests and enjoy the day. Jenny and her team are total professionals and we cherish the friendships we got to create with them during the wedding planning process.

Jennifer and her team are all very personable and working with them felt like working with trusted friends. I loved the personalized timeline, text reminders, and quick responses I received to any questions or comments. Jennifer went above and beyond in helping us plan and execute our wedding and even connected me with a local vendor who created a beautiful display of champagne corks that my husband and I had collected throughout our relationship. Jenny was super helpful and attentive through out the whole process of planning my proposal. She got in touch with all the vendors quickly and helped me decide on great decorations to make my proposal beautiful and memorable, and she had a great cheerful attitude through the whole thing. I could not have asked for a better bachelorette weekend! As the Bride, I can say Jenny with Before the Vows went above and beyond to make sure the weekend was everything I hoped for! Jenny not only included me in conversation about what I imagined/preferred, she also teamed up with one of my best friends/bridesmaids to make sure I would have multiple surprises throughout the weekend! She put so much into the small details; from the cowgirl/western themed decor, the “Krista’s Last Ride” personalized cups and t-shirts, buttons with my face on it for all my bridesmaids to wear as we explored downtown Austin, to the daily itinerary she made and emailed out to everyone. I was really struggling with ideas on themes and activities to do, so I reached out to Jenny for ideas on how to make this bach party special. Jenny immediately jumped in and coordinated the entire weekend and let me tell you, it was FLAWLESS. Jenny was on top of everything from theme to decor to shirts to activities.
