My bridesmaids, mother, and I had a five hour day at this spa. We all got our hair and makeup done here. Some girls opted to get nails done, and one got a massage. There are two stylists that style special occasion hair and they were both FABULOUS! (One of them was the bride's hairdresser from NY, Jennifer, the above listed contact - she knows her stuff!) They cared about what each bridesmaid felt pretty with/liked and cared about what the bride wanted everyone to look like. They asked a lot of questions and were able to make everyone happy! As the bride, I was VERY pleased with how everyone looked. We had lunch delivered to the salon and we all ate there and shared a bottle of wine. The makeup application was individually tailored as well and still followed the desire of the bride of everyone to have a natural look. Everyone there was receptive to our needs.
Scheduling was quite a feat since we had seven ladies that needed both hair and makeup done and some ladies had to be back at the location to help get things done. The spa was willing to move us around multiple times until everyone was accomodated. They allowed plenty of time to get everything done. We were out of there one hour before expected (which really took a lot of stress off the day). It took some time to get the scheudling right, though, and each time I called a different lady answered the phone, which made it difficult, but they were all willing to work with us.
