Becky's organization was outstanding, her communication was clear and consistent, and she stayed calm under pressure throughout the entire wedding planning journey.
Everything was planned, tracked, and timed perfectly. No detail was missed, and the day-of schedule ran seamlessly. I did not have to worry at all!
Becky was always responsive to my every call, text or email and she was easy to work with.
And when my daughters bouquet was not as expected - Becky handled it quickly and confidently!
I got to enjoy the wedding planning process and enjoy every moment during the entire weekend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend of wedding celebrations. Becky never made us feel any stress and had all plans under control. She is an excellent communicator and the wedding went off without a hitch. She and her assistant, Nicki, were kind, capable and hard working. As someone who has been involved in planning many events I truly appreciated their positive energy and enthusiasm. The happy couple expressed their gratitude and said that their dreams came true and they felt it was a perfect weekend. Who could ask for more?

To be clear, the wedding itself was incredible and went off without a hitch, despite rain and some cold in early June. But it wasn't my wedding, the review is for what happened after. I could not find my wallet anywhere so I texted the number for the wedding planner that was on the welcome card/itinerary and she launched into action.

She proceeded to communicate with me constantly over the last few days since the wedding and even helped me launch a mini sherlock holmes x nancy drew investigation into where my wallet might be. She called and emailed the bus charter company, she was in constant communication with the people at the venue to the point where they searched the premises, and she even helped pull footage from the venue's security cameras to see if we could locate where I might have lost it. All the while she was being positive and optimistic and as helpful as possible.... Until I ultimately found it at the bottom of one of my bags at which point she was still elated and not frustrated at all that I had put her through all of that.

Overall, highly recommend anyone who puts up with that BS with a smile on her face after planning an amazing wedding. You know she will take care of both you and your people, which to me is all that matters.

How lucky we were to work with Becky for our May 2023 wedding! Becky helped us find the perfect balance that helped set an appropriately formal-informal tone for our lighthouse/brewery wedding. She was easy to work with (and talk us off the ledge) for several months before the wedding, and she and her assistant (shout out to Nikki!) were critical in making the day of events go smoothly. A particular highlight/memory: Becky pulled out the stops and made a makeshift on the lawn near Portland Head Light - it wasn't something we asked for, but it was definitely something we needed. She was also super helpful with the timeline and space setup, as well as confirming and checking with the various vendors. We couldn't recommend this team enough. We wouldn't change a thing. If we could married every year with Becky at our side, we would. Thanks again!

We cannot recommend Becky highly enough! Not only is she a pleasure to work with but she is very skilled at what she does. Her organizational skills are impressive and she took so much stress away knowing we could trust her to execute all of the coordination with our 12 vendors. She perfected our dream wedding and went beyond our expectations. She is very responsive and willing to help with anything from designing stationary to connecting us with recommended vendors. Becky stepped in seamlessly and took care of everything when we had hiccups. Our wedding was flawless because of her. She was truly the hero of our wedding and hiring her was the best decision we made. Because of Becky, we got to sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment of our wedding. She was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. I wish I could give her more stars!

Words can't express how amazing Becky was as a wedding coordinator. She did an impeccable job with our entire day and it looked exactly as I envisioned. I made some last minute adjustments on the fly (like rearranging our entire head table an hour before the ceremony) and she didn't even bat an eye.

She was an organized, cool, calm and collected rock for us throughout the day - it was so nice to have someone keeping an eye on everything, cleaning up and getting the bridal suite organized, decorating, coordinating the hell out of everyone in the most relaxed way - all of it.

She truly blew our expectations out of the water and I'm not sure what we would have done without her. The day went by incredibly well, and I attribute the smoothness 100% to her!

Becky made our wedding vision come to life! She is incredibly supportive and easygoing while also being attentive and highly organized. She had an answer to every question and was always available as a sounding board. She kept us calm throughout the wedding process and made sure our wedding day felt seamless! We had so much fun at our wedding and will be forever grateful for her support!

Becky was our wedding planner for our Maine wedding and was wonderful -- easy to work with, organized, and super responsive. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day because we knew Becky had it handled! Would absolutely recommend that anyone work with Becky!

I believe this may only be the second review I've ever written for another vendor, and I knew I was going to write it midway through this weekend's wedding. Without here team, for reasons out of all of our hands, we may still be at the reception today waiting on a few things. Her team is the entire reason the wedding will be remembered buy guests and the newlyweds as a success, whether the guests know it or not. I believe the core of our band has now played around 600 weddings together, and I'm not sure I have ever witnessed an entire planner's team kick into action the way they did last night. When the wedding required a leader to make it happen, Becky reacted quickly, meticulously, and with just the right amount of drive that was required while still coming across as happy and pleasant and you'd never had known the timeline issues she'd been dealing with by her demeanor. She kept everyone cool, calm and collected and it was a treat to watch from our perspective! If you're looking for a planner, and I firmly believe everyone should, you'll be blown away. Thank you Becky to you and your entire fantastic crew for the efforts that went into this event and the care in which you handled everything in the moment!

We hired Becky to help us plan and execute our fall 2022 wedding. When I contacted Becky had selected all of the vendors we were going to work with. Although we didn't need help selecting vendors, from the moment we started working with Becky she proved to be invaluable! She prompted us with all the questions we didn't or would never have known to ask, she was thorough, and calm, and so so kind. She added a calming energy that kept us all VERY SANE :). When it came to the weeks leading up to the wedding weekend no detail went unattended. And thank GOD for Becky and her assistant when it came to the main event. It was SO nice knowing that everything and everyone would be where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. The weekend went off without a hitch, everyone had so much fun, and we owe a lot of that to working with Becky and her team.
