Do you want great BBQ at a reasonable price in the Kansas City area and Overland Park? Brian at Beaux Hawg is the person to call. Brian and Mark catered our wedding reception for 275 people with ease. They served some of the best pulled pork in KC, along with brisket, smoked turkey and sausage. Our sides we chose included their secret cheesy potato bake recipe, baked beans, vodka green beans and spinach salad. (They can cook many other things, including roasting a whole pig! Ask them.) What I did not realize is how many people went back for seconds and thirds because the food is that great! Brian and Mark knew that and they had anticipated food for 350 people, so there was enough for seconds! These guys are great to work with!
