Briana was very responsive from the moment of initial contact and she was very flexible. I loved the fact that although she herself only does make-up, she has multiple people she works with for hair so that she organizes the hair part for you as well. When my sister (who was the one getting married) needed some guidance on what to do for her hair and make-up, Briana was helpful, providing suggestions and direction. She also really listened to what my sister said she liked and did not like from the trial (I highly recommend a trial) and came well prepared to give her a look that she was looking for on the day of the wedding- showing great adaptability. On the day she was on time and came with everything. She even came with some hair extensions which were not requested but were needed by one of the bridesmaids so a minor crisis was averted. She was always very patient and pleasant in all of my and my sister's interactions with her. She prices are very competitive and she is fair: even though her prices increased between my initial contact with her and my follow up some time later, she honored her original quote. One hiccup was that the person that did my sister's hair trial was no longer able to do her hair on the day but Briana was able to find someone else in short time (Tiffany) and she did a great job on the brides and the bridesmaids! You won't go wrong choosing Briana.
