We hired Kate from beauty bar and boutique to do my wedding hair, and four other family members. We had a pretty painless process booking their services, and their staff was super talented, kind, and professional. They came to our location and everyone looked absolutely amazing. I had a great experience with Beauty Bar and Boutique. They listened to what I asked for, and their online portal made it very easy to track invoices and payments. There could have been better communication between booking and the day of, but they showed up early on the day and had perfectly calculated the amount of time and people we would need. The ladies and I all looked and felt beautiful, and the makeup and hair lasted all day. Jade and Kate were very fun and everything turned out just lovely.

I cannot say enough good things about the Beauty Bar team! After changing our date 3 times (due to Covid), including a venue change, Kate was so positive and understanding! Every time I talked to her I felt so much better, and she always gave great ideas and made me feel better. The day of my wedding I had my hair and make up done along with 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Kate, Joanie and Crystal did an amazing job! They were timely but paid attention to detail and listened to what we wanted. My mom had never had her hair or makeup done and was super nervous about looking too done-up, and ended up loving what they did. I can’t imagine a better experience! They also helped me put extensions in my hair, which turned out amazing and the curl lasted all night- I received so many compliments! They also were very careful about Covid, wearing masks the entire time, using hand sanitizer and cleaning throughout, I would definitely book them again. Thanks ladies!!

Beauty Bar was fantastic! They were kind and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous going into my trial but I knew right away that I made the right decision. They were easy to talk to and flexible with ideas. They even allowed me to schedule a trial for my mom. I like the different package options they offer as well. My hair and makeup lasted well into the night and I received a lot of compliments. They also did a great job with my bridal party.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Kate, Joanie and their team. First, they were incredibly patient with my many questions and answered thoroughly at lightening speeds. They made me feel so comfortable - when I gave feedback after my trial they really listened to what I said and offered to do a 2nd trial just to make sure I felt 100% comfortable going into the big day. Ultimately, I was SO HAPPY with how I looked on my wedding day. It was perfect. Not to mention, all my bridesmaids loved both their hair and make up and looked their absolute best. The ladies at Beauty Bar & Boutique were great to work with! Not only was my makeup flawless the day of my wedding, they were SO much fun the morning of the wedding. They put me at ease and made everyone laugh and enjoy the morning. The day I got married was 97 and my makeup and my girls make up did not budge, even a little bit for the entire day! My hair was beautifully done as well. I had such an amazing experience with Kate -- what a kind, creative and one-of-a-kind talent. With hair in particular, she knew exactly how to take my vision, loose ideas and move to create something utterly gorgeous. I'm from NYC but in the area often and look forward to working with her on numerous special occasions. PLUS, she is so fun, really adding to the collaboration of the session.
