We had a short time frame of 4 months to plan my daughter's wedding. Amazingly, a Saturday in September at the Rotunda/City Hall was available. However....before securing the date I called Barbara Llewellyn to find out if she was available...and she was. I knew that the logistics of "flipping" the Rotunda from a ceremony to a sit-down dinner while the guests were enjoying cocktails upstairs would be very complicated and I wanted someone that I knew I could trust with the feat. The staff was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helped us to navigate the rules and regulations associated with City Hall. Menu options were fabulous, perfectly prepared, stunningly presented and delicious. Service was professional and complete. When we were running low on a couple of varieties of alcohol, Barbara herself went out to buy/replenish our supply. Though expensive, BLC anticipated every detail, professionally managed every situation and delivered as promised.

Two things that really stood out to me about Barbara Llewellyn was the high level of professionalism and the quality of the food. Our main contact was so attentive to our needs. I felt like I was the only person she was helping to plan a wedding for! She met all of our deadlines and always followed through on all of our requests. The food and service at the wedding was great - all of my guests were pleased! I highly recommend Barbara Llewellyn. She has trained her staff well!
