Robert was very professional. He replied right back to me when I first contacted him and always e-mailed me back within 24 hours. I had heard he did a nice job, but our DVD was even better than I expected. He did a great photo montage on the home screen and also provided an option of dividing the ceremony into chapters so we didn't always have to watch the whole thing. We barely noticed him filming during the ceremony--he was really unobtrusive. I only requested that he include one song in the video and let him pick the rest. I was really happy with the music he selected and when he chose to incorporate it into the video. He also included nice touches like shots of Kauai and even a surfer since we were married on Hanalei bay and did it tastefully. He captured moments I never would have been able to see before the ceremony as well as my husband's face as I was walking toward him--that was really priceless. I highly recommend him and thought he was reasonable priced, especially for such a high quality product. You can definitely see the thought and care he puts into his work.
