One of us was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance a few months before the wedding so we were on the hunt for a bakery that made gluten-free wedding cakes for our big day. When we met Sarah for the tasting she had set up a really good sampler for each one of us where we could mix and match the various frosting options with the different cake bases, allowing us to try all different combinations and narrow down on what we wanted.
Our wedding cake was fantastic and 100% gluten-free though it tasted no different than a regular cake. The presentation was fantastic and just what we wanted. We had 140-ish guests at our wedding and Sarah's estimate for how much cake we would need was perfect!
