I have worked as a banquet cook and I have worked all positions in the kitchen. I also held the position as a Healthcare and Assistant living chef. I take food very seriously. It’s the way that I choose to express myself. I have been into food every since I was a little girl sitting on my grandmother’s step stool watching her prepare all the foods that I have learned to prepare and love to eat. My grandmothers are my driving force. All 3 of them are great cooks. I take their great home style recipes and put my own modern elegant twist to them.
