Azalea Carriage provided 2 buses for our wedding transportation. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up the pick up schedule. The buses were awesome old school buses with a ton of character! Erin sent photos before so I was aware of what we were getting.

A couple of days before the wedding we realized we needed to add another bus (we ended up having many more guests than we originally estimated), and they were very flexible and helpful in doing so. I'm thankful they had one available!

I felt their prices were high, but their service was great. I would highly recommend Azalea Carriage for brides getting married in the Banner Elk area!

This company did not provide the services we agreed upon before the wedding. They were almost half an hour late and they left one load of guests behind. Those guests, some of whom had been waiting at the pick-up location for nearly an hour, then had to drive themselves up the mountain at lightning speeds just to make it to the ceremony on time. We did not realize that the buses are old school buses until they showed up to pick us up. They also cut our contracted time from 10 hours to 9 hours a couple of days before the wedding. In the end, they refused to refund any part of the considerable fee we paid because they claimed none of it was their fault. We sunk about 10% of our wedding budget into their subpar service.
