They were on time! And they made sure everything ran smooth!

I had a limousine pick me and my bridesmaids up from my house and take us to the location to get ready and they were on time and the limo was well stocked and beautiful. It wasn't dirty or grungy on the inside. and we had a town car come pick up me and my husband after the wedding and it was very clean and spacious on the inside. the driver helped us carry our gifts up to our apartment after as well which was very nice of him.

The General Manager Andy Wagner (Riverside) is a joke renters beware of this guy! They don’t even deserve a star for their unprofessional service and their misrepresentation as a good company 30 plus years (yeah, scamming everyone since then most likely). I would challenge this company to an audit so that people can see how bad they are scamming the customers on fraudulent charges and Andy Wagner is very good about threatening the customer by telling them that they will take you to small claims! I challenge them to do so! My recommendation is to seek other limo companies and not use this one as they are stealing from the customers specially if you were drinking and don’t remember that event that makes it easier for them to sneak in charges! Way to go Andy one more customer that you have screwed over and will never use your service again! This will be posted in all of social media and every advertisement you have out there! Rose you as the owner should be contacting your customers instead of that idiot GM ( Andy Wagner) he is going to take you out of this industry or run you to the ground! Or maybe even hire someone that has customer service skills! On top of that the limos are in HORRIBLE CONDITION!

My family and I had booked a party bus from them for a Concert at Sofi Stadium on 6/15/2024. We went with them because they offered bathrooms and sinks and my parents are older. So we paid $1,800.00 for the trip. When they picked us up one of us went to use the bathroom and noticed the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink was broken. The driver looked and said that the water tank was empty and that they must not have filled it. So I offered to get my hose and fill the tank and she said that was fine. I filled the tank and at least the toilet worked for the trip there. After the concert we got back and someone tried to use the restroom and the water was empty again, so my best guess is the holding tank had a crack. So all the toilet paper the girls used just got stuck in the toilet and we had to pull over to use a restroom on the ride back which defeated the whole purpose of why we went with this company. I called them the next day and told the lady the story and she felt bad and apologized and said she would have the manager Andy Wagner call me and take care of it. I never heard back and in the next couple of weeks called two more times with no response. I finally got him on the phone and he said that the toilets are just an added benefit to their limos and they don't affect the price. Which is the stupidest thing I've heard. I called other places with the same size buses with no toilet and they were $600.00 cheaper. Then he said that the holding tank might be cracked but that the particular bus was at the shop and it would take 4 weeks until he got it back to confirm that even though the limo driver confirmed the tank showed up empty and was empty at the end of the concert. In the end Andy offered no compensation or discount for this but just made excuses. I would have taken a $200.00 discount or something but he basically said sorry and too bad. I tried to dispute it with my bank and he sent a letter and lied and send there was no problems and my bank couldn't do anything. I have attached the letter he wrote to the bank. I would never rent from them again and warn anyone else to look elsewhere. There are tons of other limo services in Los Angeles.
