I went to Suzanna at Aveda for my wedding to have my hair done and I was so pleased with the result. A bridesmaid and the Mother of the Groom also had their hair done by Suzanna as well. She did a great job managing time and we were able to be done an hour earlier than expected. She communicated with me very well up until the big day and was very flexible with scheduling changes.

Margarita did makeup for me, my mom and sister, my now husband's mom, sister, and two grandmas! She was professional and responsive from our first inquiry. She was willing to negotiate with my mom and me since there were so many of us, and ended up only charging me for full makeup -- everyone else was charged somewhere between full makeup and shadow-only.

We appreciated her wiggle room with the rates, because none of us wears a lot of makeup and we were all nervous to relinquish control. Margarita listened to me the whole time she was applying make up and toned it up or down according to my comfort level. She never made me feel high maintenance or nit picky, and I couldn't have been happier with the results, which lasted from our morning appointment all the way through our evening wedding (and even through some tears). And the women of all ages in our families looked absolutely beautiful, from my very blonde, very fair sister, to my husband's 91-year-old grandmother, who sat down in the chair and asked Margarita, "Do you think you can do anything with this?"

The bottom line: I chose Aveda because I wanted a natural look, and Margarita does right by the brand.
