I used this salon for my wedding, but to be honest, I wish I went with someone else. The manager was very helpful, but for the cost of everything, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.

The makeup guy was good (don't remember his name), but it seems weird to pay for a makeup trial and get my makeup done with one person and then a complete different guy shows up to do the makeup. What I hated was the fact that I couldn't even see what was going on until the very end. It was as if it was the first time I was getting my makeup done...on my wedding day. Yet I had to pay $$$ for a "trial and a tip" when it really didn't matter on my wedding day when someone else ends up doing your makeup.

As for the hair...don't get me started with the hair. When I went there, the manager had me so the trial right there, but I felt kind of uncomfortable and trapped getting it done. When I went there and showed the guy (some French guy who wore a nice suit and had makeup on), I showed him some pictures. It really didn't matter what pictures I showed him because he just chose to do what he wanted rather than what I requested. I was told by the manager a woman was going to do my trial, but I guess they were so busy that I got stuck with this guy. I was praying that he wasn't going to be there for my wedding, but low and behold, there he was.

He ruined my hair for the wedding. I look at pictures and I am honestly mortified. I wish I had chosen another company to do my hair.

Oh and while they waited, they chose to smoke on the balcony! How disrespectful and unprofessional!!!
And what really irritated me is that they were in such a rush to leave the day of my wedding, they just packed up and left. Lost out on a hefty tip though because they were already out the door as I tried to chase them down before they left.

For so much money they were awful!!! Too pretentious and expensive to be worthwhile. Never use them for your wedding!!!
