After doing engagement pics at our Alma Mater with Ashley Photography, we were very pleased with the quality of the photos. So much so, that we canceled our already booked Wedding Photographer, to book our wedding with them.
The day of the wedding went smoothly and we had no complaints. We received our photos about 2-3 weeks after the wedding which was quick and much appreciated!

We hired Ashley Photography after seeing their website online. We found it helpful that they were located near our venue. They were friendly and responsive. After receiving our engagement pics I emailed them about what we did/didn't like in our pics. I sent several ideas of what we were looking for at our wedding. They emailed to ask us about our wedding/reception time. I told them that our wedding was from 5-11 months prior, our outline was also sent to them. The night before the wedding Ashley told us they would come at 3pm and leave at 9pm. We informed them that we had previously talked to them about our getaway car and sparkle exit. She told us to "fake the sparkler exit". We ended up working things out and paying for the extra hour, but it would have been helpful if this info was relayed prior to the night before . Looking at our pics, we honestly are regretting a lot, So many details were missed. Most of our pics were shot from the same angles. You would think that with two photographers they would have separated a bit. The quality of the editing was basic and many pics were overexposed/washed out. We were told to pose in ways that made our pics look awkward. I don't have the usual classic pics i.e. Back of the brides dress/train, up close of the bridal bouquet, etc. The few sneak peak pics were nice but once we got them all back, they were lacking quite a bit. I gave them a 4 in professionalism because Ashley was a bit snippy in her replies. If people are paying for services, you should help the bride/groom come up with a plan that benefits them on such an important day in their lives.
