From just a few pictures and descriptions of what I was going for, she was able to fulfill the exact look I wanted. My hair ideas changed around but she helped show a few options and even found a good way to have my hair piece stay in place through all the dancing.

Jennifer is an INCREDIBLE makeup artist! I honestly could not have been happier with my bridal makeup. Jennifer is kind and easy to communicate over email. From just a few pictures and descriptions of what I was going for, she was able to give me the exact look I wanted. Despite the fact that I got ready 6 hours before the wedding even started, my makeup stayed looking fresh throughout the day and night (even through all the crazy dancing). My bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning throughout the night as well. We had a set amount of time in which to get many girls ready, but Jennifer helped us make a schedule and stick to it. I should also mention that her rates are quite reasonable compared to other artists. I absolutely recommend Artistry by Jennifer Lee Johnson!

Jennifer was a great MUA and hair stylist. I told her what I was looking for for my wedding day and she went over and above what I had expected. She does such a wonderful job and takes the time to listen to what I want before she offers her suggestions. She did a hairdo for my mom and maid and honor too. It was an excellent price and a great experience. I highly recommend it.

Brides, if you are looking for a hairdresser/make-up artist that cares about how you look on your big day as much as you do, then Jen is your gal!
I hired her to do hair and make-up for my wedding in May 2013. I was having a hard time figuring out just what look I wanted, but she patiently worked with me on a few trial sessions until we were able to find a look that I loved. She also did hair and make-up for some of my bridesmaids and my Mother, who doesn't wear more than mascara on a daily basis. My Mom looked beautiful when she was finished, but also said she felt comfortable and not over done. The day of my wedding was unusually hot for that time of year and our ceremony was held outside. To top it off, the air conditioner in the limo broke so there was no relief on the way to the venue. I have oily skin and most of the time make-up melts off in hot weather. My make-up stayed in place perfectly all day and into the night! I felt beautiful all day without having to worry about how my make-up was holding up.

Jennifer is amazing at what she does! I'm so lucky to have had her as my hair and make up stylist for my wedding, bridal party, and mother of the bride.
