I hired AWH to do bridal party hair and makeup on a recommendation from a friend, and it was absolutely the right choice! The convenience of having the stylists come to us can’t be overstated, and the pricing was very fair for what we were getting. They offer airbrushed foundation, which was fantastic because most of my bridesmaids don’t typically wear foundation, so it can be a little heavy and uncomfortable for them; the airbrushing was much lighter, quicker, and more comfortable. I did find the pricing and contracting a little confusing, but the stylists themselves were absolutely fantastic. The work Shaina and Amber did for each bridesmaid and myself was far above any professional styling I’d ever had done. There were five of us total, but we never felt rushed for time and they never cut corners. They took each bridesmaid’s preferences into account and everyone was super comfortable during the whole process. I even asked for photos of all the hairstyles because I couldn’t get over how great they looked, and I only wish I’d done the same for the makeup!

Janet and her team at AWH are AMAZING! First, Janet is SO responsive via email. She is organized, attentive and aims to please. Her artist Paula was fantastic... she's a creative perfectionist and listened to exactly what my vision was-- and made it happen. She made me and my wedding party feel beautiful on my big day. Paula went above and beyond with each member of my family and everyone was thrilled with their makeup and hair. I would highly recommend Artistic Wedding Hair for your wedding. Janet, Lynette, and Shay did an amazing job on my wedding parties and my hair and makeup for my wedding day! Janet was great she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Lynette was my artist and she was fantastic. I don’t usually wear makeup and have very sensitive skin so I was a little nervous but Lynette made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I was glowing on my big day. She helped me stay calm and focused despite the normal wedding day chaos. Shay was wonderful as well she was not feeling well that day but she managed to do four girls with four different styles in less than four hours, and they looked stunning. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. I am still getting compliments. Most people didn’t even recognize me in my photos they said I looked so grown up. I will be able to look back on my big day and cherish it all the more knowing I had the best. Thank you so much!!

Artistic Wedding Hair and Makeup Designs did a fabulous job with the entire wedding party's hair and makeup. Janet is extremely quick to email back to answer and questions and ensure that things run smoothly on the day of. Amore did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup and was extremely patient and thoughtful. Staci was great as well as she did make-up for all of my bridesmaids. I don't have a single complaint!

Janet was wonderful to work with both pre-contract and post. I was concerned about affording hair and makeup services given the budget I was on but still wanted to be able to pamper myself the day of the wedding. Janet walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and all the while so was pleasant.

My artist was Briana. The trial was great. I sent in a bunch of pictures of what I looking at and she was able to create a version of that that complimented me. I do not wear much, if any, any makeup so I was concerned but she was so patient going through and trying different things until we got the look right. She took all kinds of notes from the trial and pictures. The day of the wedding she reviewed all of those notes and took all of that into consideration that my hair and makeup turned out even better than during the trial. She was amazing. In addition she did hair and makeup for my sister, which she loved, and hair for my mom which was great.

Janet is super responsive. Leticia and Toni are both great to work with (I've worked with them twice) and will give you the hairstyle you want.

Janet Payne and my artist Holly did a phenomenal job on my wedding hair and make up. They went above and beyond to help me get everything tested and ready. I was particularly appreciative of their attentiveness and the level to which they made me feel prepared given I was an out-of-state bride, and despite the distance managed to flawlessly customize my look to fit my face/ hair type/ vision... I would highly recommend Janet and her team!!!
