We had a celebration of 20 people for our wedding and we can not recommend the Argos Inn for an intimate gathering enough! The staff was accommodating, attentive, and kind. Our friends and family enjoyed their stay and experience so much. The back patio is truly exquisite for a beautiful wedding and makes for a stunning back drop. The drinks are also phenomenal! We highly recommend the Argos for a wedding weekend.

We had the most amazing experience at Argos for our June Wedding. The bridal party and family stayed at the Inn and we used it as our home base from Tuesday through Sunday. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and have great rain showers. Everything was so clean and well decorated.

We hosted a welcome reception on Friday and farewell brunch on Sunday at Argos. Both events turned out perfectly. The staff was so helpful, they worked with our caterer to make sure there was a serving station and cooking area, plus have enough room for 120 people. Tippy helped coordinate with our DJ on location and sound and also developed a rain plan. The night of welcome party it did rain, but as soon as it stopped the staff went out to wipe down the tables and chairs for our guests to go outside. The bartenders worked very hard that night, and everyone were able get their drinks quickly.

The Sunday brunch was the perfect ending to an amazing week. We had hot breakfast catering, which Tippy helped set up, and access to prosecco at the bar. Tippy made sure everyone felt welcome and was comfortable, while helping manage all the details.

The morning of the wedding was so relaxing and fun. We had hair and make-up in the living room and solarium and amazing decor for all our pre-wedding photos. When a few wedding logistics issues arose during the week, the team helped us solve problems and handle deliveries that were not even for Argos events. The level of hospitality and care for detail we experienced was exceptional.

By the end of the trip, Argos felt like home. Thank you for hosting us for an unforgettable week! Hope to visit soon!

Argos Inn offers a number of beautiful rooms to rent for events. We chose the Solarium for our wedding, a beautiful, light room with windows on three sides. The space had been decorated with plants and the table and benches arranged to make an alley. Since we got married at noon on a weekday, renting the room also turned out to be a great price for the value.
I would absolutely recommend checking out the space for a intimate wedding with a small party. The bar also has delicious cocktails for a night-time party.

We had a wonderful experience at the Argos! The space and rooms are so beautiful and the bar program is the best in the area. We would love to go back and hose more events there in the future.

We had all of our bridal party stay at the Inn ( so we had the whole place for Friday and Saturday night), Friday night welcome drinks in the Solarium, and Sunday brunch in the Solarium, but we did not have our wedding there. All of our wedding guests were invited to both events. The Inn and the bar is absolutely beautiful, and I will say that during this whole ordeal whenever Anne got involved, who is the Operations Manger, things did get better and she was professional.

At every turn of planning these two events plus coordinating our friends staying at the property, there were issues and problems. We were constantly told different things about the events, forced to go over details with a different person every time and keep answering the same questions. On top of that, staff were extremely unresponsive. It took their bar person, who was supposed to be giving us two types of batched cocktails (at their suggestion) a month to get back to my wedding planner and when he did he didn't even have any suggestions. Their events staffer was rude and unprofessional, both in her dealings with us and our wedding planner leading up to our events and during the wedding weekend. Things that we were told were taken care of, settled on, or resolved, their events staffer approached us in a combative manner DURING our events and in front of our guests about. The staffer was drinking on the job during our Friday event and aggressively accused one of our guest who was staying at the property of stealing a mirror in front of other guests during our Sunday brunch. The behavior was just insane and wildly unprofessional. I would expect way more from a place that is so beautiful and for the prices we paid. I would strongly discourage anyone from using the Argos for these types of events, as they caused us undue headaches during what is already a stressful planning period.

I will say: Anne was great, when she got involved the situations were fixed and the drinks terrific!
