I had Apogee's recommended to me by a venue I visited and I wasn't let down. Apogee's was willing to accommodate what I wanted on the menu, offering me a pasta bar, with three types of pasta sauce, plus several delicious salads, such as a baked potato salad, and pork tenderloin. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was! They even boxed up the leftovers for us to take home!

The food was amazing! That is the first thing people say when remembering my wedding. Dick is a great guy to work with although you've got to be patient with him. He doesnt have email and isn't super prompt at returning your call. I also scored him 4.5 stars because he doesn't do any contracts. He's old fashioned. It's his word and your word. He says he'll show up, he'll show up! He has catered large lunches at Boeing that I know of as well.
