I had the absolute pleasure of working with Antonio for my wedding on October 4th, 2025, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end.
From our very first conversation, Antonio was kind, professional, and incredibly communicative. Before our tasting, he called to walk through the menu and help us build something we knew we’d love. His menu offers such a wide variety of delicious options... it was honestly hard to narrow it down! We also really appreciated how flexible he was. Every dish was customizable, and he made sure everything reflected our tastes and preferences perfectly.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Antonio was always available to answer my questions. He never made me feel like a bother and always responded quickly and kindly.
On the wedding day, Antonio and his team truly went above and beyond. Everything was perfectly executed, from cocktail hour to the main dinner service to dessert. Even though my husband and I weren’t able to attend cocktail hour, his team made sure to bring appetizers to us, which was such a thoughtful touch, and so appreciated.
The food was an absolute hit. We are still getting compliments from guests saying it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding. People couldn’t stop talking about the appetizers, the flavorful entrees, the sides... everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. And the desert bar had so many options, there was a flavor for everyone there! Several guests said they would love to hire Antonio for their own events.
His staff was just as incredible...professional and attentive. They kept everything running smoothly while making sure our guests were well taken care of.

Antonio and has team NEVER cease to amaze me! Antonio has done the catering for my dad's work for over 10 years, so it was an easy decision for me to have him as the caterer at our wedding. His food always blows me away, and he worked with us to create a menu that fit what we wanted food wise, as well as meeting dietary restrictions for guests! Antonio’s Catering was absolutely spectacular! From the very beginning, Antonio and his team were organized, professional, and a joy to work with. The food was out of this world. Passed appetizers and charcuterie spread were a huge hit during cocktail hour and all the dinner buffet options were delicious. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had!

As someone who is gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so appreciative of how thoughtfully the menu was prepared to accommodate my needs without sacrificing flavor or presentation. Every dish was beautifully prepared and served perfectly.

The entire staff worked together seamlessly coordinating both the food and bar service with efficiency and grace. Antonio and his team catered our wedding in April on a pretty rainy day outside and he pulled it off perfectly. The food was incredible and absolutely delicious and his staff was so friendly, professionally, and easy to work with. I was impressed by his food at our tasting but blown away at the wedding.

Antonio’s food at our wedding was absolutely delicious and impressed all of our guests. We opted for a buffet style meal where we had an abundance of different types of food that were all flavorful, so much so, that some of our guests had seconds. Aside from the food, Antonio and his crew truly did save the day. We had an issue with our rental company where we were left without linens or napkins; however, Antonio quickly rented out the linens from a local business. He did not hesitate to make sure that we both were taken care of throughout the day. His crew was so kind and helpful as well. The service was seamless. My husband and I were a bit clueless when planning the wedding, thankfully, Antonio was there to help us throughout the way. I highly recommend him for all of your events.

Multiple friends and people in the industry recommend Antonio and it’s easy to see why. My husband and I booked him for our 150 person wedding and we couldn’t recommend him more. His staff are friendly, efficient, and professional, his prices are beyond fair, and his food is delicious and fresh. He did a tasting for both our families and we were all blown away at the quality and flavors he used. Our food tasted just as good on our wedding day as it did when we had a small tasting for 6 people. Almost a year later, our friends and family still talk about our wedding food saying it was the best they’ve ever had. He’s easy to communicate with and kind as well. You can tell he loves his job! Hiring Antonio for our wedding was one of the best decisions we ever made. He is fun but professional, has great prices, and his food is incredible. We were very specific with what we wanted which was vats of paella and we also wanted passed appetizers. He made all of this happen seamlessly and our guests raved about the food. He was also very easy to work with and professional as well with his documents. We got to do a tasting before which was such a fun experience and he went above and beyond to help us really figure out what we wanted. We love Antonio, many people in the Auburn area do as well. He is a great choice for any catering event!

Antonio and his team catered our wedding at Gold Hill Gardens in Newcastle. He was an absolute joy to work with from the beginning. He was responsive when I was deciding what caterer to go with, he had an expansive menu and was willing to work with our ideas, and he had incredibly competitive pricing. We were able to do a tasting at his kitchen and we immediately knew we made the right decision. After trying the shrimp with the gazpacho, we knew we needed an entree that included shrimp was well. He suggested the risotto cakes and they were fantastic, and could accommodate both vegetarians (by skipping the shrimp) and pescatarians.

We loved his food and were excited to have him handle our wedding. Having attended many weddings and talked to many brides/grooms, we expected the food to be good on our wedding day but not as good as when we tasted considering he’d be cooking half in his kitchen and finishing at the venue and cooking for 150 people, not 4.

The food on our wedding day was FANTASTIC. One of our groomsman who loves shrimp said this was a top 3 shrimp he’s ever had. Another guest said they’ve never left a wedding thinking the food was memorable but that ours was truly delicious.

They also executed our drinks to perfection.

I could not recommend Antonio more. Hire him immediately!!!!

We did lunch for my wedding with 170 guests with both vegetarian and meat options. The food was amazing, creative, and very flavorful. Our guests raved about the food. Antonio was easy to work with and very flexible with all of the changes I requested. The cleanup afterwards was thorough and efficient, which we especially appreciated. I highly recommend Antonio and I look forward to using him for my next event.
