Anna was one of the first vendors we locked in for our October 2023 wedding and she set the bar incredibly high with her beautiful work, exceptional professionalism, and generally awesome personality. Her work speaks for itself as she has mastered capturing beautifully relaxed and candid photos that allow the subjects' personalities to shine through. In addition, she also brings a calm and relaxed expertise to the wedding day, which was honestly invaluable to us as the bride and groom. We let Anna know our goals for wedding photos, and felt very heard and understood, which enabled us to be able to enjoy our day completely without worrying about being pulled away from our family and friends while still capturing breathtaking shots. Anna and Brittney are the best, and I would be so lucky to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future!

We hired Anna Solo photography for our destination wedding in Nicaragua and I must say she was our favorite vendor to work with for our whole wedding!!

Not only were the photos absolutely stunning, gorgeous, perfect memories of our special day (you can see some samples for yourself!) but the whole process of working with her and her team was seamless, start to finish!

She was extremely communicative and organized throughout the entire planning process. Upfront, she acted as a sounding board on some visual decisions like our wedding party colors and flower choices, sharing how she thought those might impact the look & feel of the photos.

As we got closer to the day, she worked with us to finalize the timing of the photos and the day and our ideal shot list, making sure she understood our priorities and planned those into the day. She even went out of her way to work with the venue and our wedding planner to tour the venue the day before to learn about all the beautiful hidden spots for a quick snapshot or two.

On the day of, Anna and her team were extremely professional, on time, and helpful in making sure things went according to schedule. I’ll also add, on a personal note, as a bride you can sometimes spend a fair amount of time with your photographer on the way to first look, the before photos, the after photos, etc. Having Anna there to chitchat and joke with helped me stay in the moment and just enjoy our special day.

Most of all - the photos she took are beyond incredible! She has a special eye for the beautiful and hidden touches that will make your wedding super memorable! She was truly the perfect photographer for our dream Nicaraguan wedding!

Picking your wedding vendors almost feels like dating all over again. Searching the internet in hopes of finding the one. We wanted to find someone that captured more than photos, but moments in time. Anna was everything we were looking for and more. From our first chat we had an instant connection. We fell in love with her journalistic photo style and on our wedding day, she captured our story perfectly through pictures. Anna did our engagement photos and really helped two very awkward photo takers. Anna was helpful and had great advice along the way leading up to our wedding and was so easy to work with, especially during times of covid. We can’t thank her enough for capturing such great photos of us, family, friends and of course our fur child. Did we mention, Anna is great with dogs. Our photos are a true representation of our day and the love felt all around us.

It's hard to describe just how perfectly Anna captured our wedding day. She's incredibly easy to work with, professional, and just truly happy for every couple she photographs. Her photos speak for themselves as her eye and knack for story-telling is amazing. She's also just a great person who made everyone feel comfortable- my entire family and bridal party wanted her and her assistant to stay longer at the wedding just to enjoy it with us. Leading up to our wedding, Anna stood out from all the wedding photographers we had met with - her background in photojournalism and the examples of her past work really impressed us and demonstrated the level of detail and quality that she puts into her work.

On our wedding day, she was very professional and truly was an advocate for us! We particularly liked that her package including two photographers; looking back, it allowed us to capture so many moments in the reception that wouldn't have been possible.

The final album turned out so beautiful. All our friends and family have told us such nice comments about the photography, and that is truly a testament to Anna's work.

Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with! Prior to our wedding day we did our engagement photos with her, and she made us feel so comfortable and at ease that it made the process fun and lighthearted, which allowed for some amazingly perfect candid photos of us laughing together and goofing around. All of that carried over to our wedding day, which Anna was able to capture perfectly. None of our photos felt forced or out of character, and when looking at them now it is immediately apparent that we were very lucky. Not just because of the weather and the two of us, but to have someone like Anna be there to capture the big and little moments of the day.

She is Amazing! Anna did our mixed cultural (indian and western) wedding which was a 3 day affair! She was nice enough to come and see the property and explained to us the timing of the Sun for perfect pictures. She truly is great and you wont regret it!
