Ann catered our wedding and was amazing to work with - she presented tons of options, customized our menu, and was wonderfully flexible as our ideas and requests changed throughout the planning process. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, her staff were professional and kind, and Ann and her team left our venue in pristine condition.

Our experience with Ann Pearl catering was fabulous. I resisted such a big party for fear of not being able to be with friends enough, but Ann and her crew were so competent, friendly and quick, I had nothing to worry about. Each dish was amazing, including warm steelhead, finished beautifully. All this carried down steep stairs and across a steep yard. APC is worth every penny.

Working with Ann for my wedding catering was a pleasure. She is so much more personal than the big name caterers in town and does all she can to make your day unique and special. She treated us to a private tasting at her home in Bainbridge and even picked us up from the Ferry! She worked with us to craft a menu that matched exactly what we were looking for. The food was delicious - fresh, seasonal and presented beautifully. We did a family style meal and she incorporated special touches for us like home made challah bread and supplied rosemary for a signature cocktail. Amazing from start to finish! A private tasting in her beautiful home convinced me she was the one. Her food is divine and people still rave about it - not typical for a wedding! Her lamb meatballs convinced me to eat lamb again. Worth every dollar! Such a pleasure to work with her.

The food was delicious! Genuinely good food -- does anything else matter? Healthy, filling, well presented -- the perfect meal for our wedding. The cauliflower / chickpea combination was especially good and so was the salmon served cold! If I could make one comment it would be that some of the salads were slightly underdressed but I'm sure they could have given more dressing to people who asked because the service was good. Get the dolmades!
