Our time on the party bus was the best part of our day, my husband and I literally said this while we were receiving the services. I needed the driver to pick up my groomsmen, bring them to the church then come back and pick up my bridesmaids. My groom and groomsmen were of course late but luckily the amazing driver still got everyone where they needed to be on time! On the way from the church to the photo spot he let us pull over to pick up some booze and made his way to our scenic spot for photos. It sounds like a little thing, but it was a really big deal that I didn't need to reinforce the address or anything at the time, I just got married and my head was spinning after just finishing the family photos and the time with just our bridal party on the bus was so fun. I didn't have to worry about anyone or anything for that 45 minutes. Everyone that has seen the shots of us on the bus loved the photos, the football field posters make for a fun ride! Sometimes its fun to pretend you are somewhere else!

He even helped signal when everyone was in the church so I could exit the limo unseen before entering to walk down the aisle! I will recommend Andrews Limo to my closest family and friends.

I had the pleasure of using Andrews Limo service for my wedding in Wilmington, MA. All his drivers arrived on-time and looking sharp. Myself, wedding party, and out of town family members were transported from Lawrence to Wilmington without a hitch. Everyone raved about the limo's and the treats inside...very nice touch. I booked Andrews Limousine to take me and my bridesmaids from my house to the wedding venue. This was a short ride, about half an hour. Booking the limo over the phone was very easy and the price seemed reasonable compared to other limo services in the area. I liked the fact that I could book a single ride instead of having to book a 3 or 4 hour block, as some other companies do.

On the wedding day, about 20 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, I got a call from the driver saying that he was running late from an earlier appointment. We could either be picked up on time with the shuttle bus that he currently had, or wait for him to go pick up the limo and be half an hour late. We were not about to be late for the wedding, so we ended up taking the shuttle bus. It was comfortable enough and we got there on time which is the most important thing. But it certainly wasn't the limo experience that I had wanted, and that was disappointing. The driver was very apologetic and the company gave us a partial refund, which was good. I thought they handled the situation as well as they could, and I would consider trying them again if I needed a limo again.

Our biggest regret was booking this limo company for our wedding day. The driver was late with no forewarning (did not let me know he was outside until half hour after the time we had booked) and he was the most unpleasant person i have ever had to deal with. The car we booked was supposed be burgundy but no, it turned out it was BLACK! and it was crashed on the side (not the photo that the website advertises it to be). He continued to rush us so much during our wedding photos after the ceremony that we ended up sending him off 30 minutes earlier than needed (no bride & groom want to be rushed during such a special time). All of the staff from this company need proper customer service training (everyone is very rude). All in all we over paid ($718 for nothing) and received horrible service. We will never, ever do business with this company again & would never recommend anyone to use for their events.
