My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience purchasing both my engagement ring, and our wedding bands from Andrews Jewelers. When we went in to look for an engagement ring in January 2015, I had a rough idea of what I wanted, and the sales person who assisted us was wonderful. She provided us with many different rings styles and diamonds. She took her time in educating us about the diamonds and rings we were looking at. I was not present when my fiancé went back to purchase the ring he selected, but he had nothing but wonderful things to say about the store.

We went back to the store again this past January to select our wedding bands, and had the same wonderful experience. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The selection of rings available is very extensive, and they seem to have something for everyone. Our rings arrive just a couple weeks after we purchased them, and we were able to pick them up after work. The sales person made sure we tried the rings on to make sure they fit, explained to us the times we have to bring them in for a cleaning for their insurance plan we have with them, and even told us to bring them in the week of the wedding so they can polish them. I'd also like to mention that every time I have been in the store, they clean my engagement ring for me as well.

We had a very minor issue with our wedding bands, and I e-mailed the store. I received a quick response, and the issue was handled immediately without any complaint by the store. The customer service I have received from everyone at the store has been absolutely outstanding, and I would recommend Andrews Jewelers to anyone looking to make a special jewelry purchase. My fiancé and I will definitely be life long customers.

I absolutely love the engagement ring my fiance got for me. Andrew's is great because they carry many different and unique lines and the events they hold are truly worth going to. My ring was sized and the diamond was placed within one week. The empolyees are also a pleasure to work with. I have only been in there 3 times but they remembered my name even.

Initial consultation was okay, as we were left unattended by manager, we wanted special design but couldn't talk to goldsmith. We wanted to make sure that if we were going to drop 35k upgrading our rings it was going to be what we wanted. Bought ring for MIL but went to different place for ours.
