Ananda Retreat is a family-owned and -operated country wedding venue based in Ash Fork, Arizona. Situated on a 20-acre ranch property in a juniper forest, the venue is a self-sustaining and low-footprint facility, respecting the environment in as many ways as they can. The retreat can be for many different events, including wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners.
Facilities and Capacity
Many couples choose to hold their wedding outside in the beautiful and scenic Arizona desert. Outdoor seating is provided for guests, and a rustic wooden wedding arch is the perfect complement to a ceremony. The large Ananda Barn can hold up to 140 guests, with possible additional guest spaces depending on the dance floor layout. The large loft in the barn can be used to comfortably situate a DJ setup, or for extra seating for larger groups. The bridal suite on the property is an authentic, extra-large Sioux tipi that provides an upscale camping experience. Decorated with a shabby chic interior, the tipi provides a great backdrop for pre-ceremony pictures, and couples can also choose the spend the night in the tipi after the reception. If needed, shuttle service can be accommodated, and guests are allowed to park on the property, which also includes wheelchair access.
All-inclusive packages are available for wedding events, which include combinations of site usage, day-of coordination, wedding photography, and event rentals. While Ananda Retreat can supply bartenders for your celebration at their in-house bar, they allow couples to choose all other outside vendors, which gives a great amount of flexibility for items such as catering, floral, and decorating services. Their inventory also includes barware, flatware, china, and glassware. If couples need specific wedding event rentals, Ananda Retreat can provide:
While the retreat is 100 percent off the grid, historic Williams is a 22-minute drive away, and Prescott is 45 minutes from the venue. The nearest airport is Prescott Municipal Airport, Ernest A. Love Field, located about 48 minutes away in Prescott, Arizona.

The best decision we made!
We just had our wedding in April at The Ananda Retreat. I cannot put into words how amazing this place was. Josh and Emily are not only good honest people, but they really made sure we were taken care of and timely in every moment. They answered all questions and made our whole day perfect. Not only will you get help from them but the venue itself is an outdoor, nature loving, rustic and intimate environment. The drive to the venue is not bad at all, very worth it. They have a great outdoor ceremony, Tipi, very cool cocktail hour area, and inside reception area. We got compliments all night that this was the best wedding our guests have ever been to, a big part on the venue choice.Sent on 04/09/2019

I cannot express how amazing and lovely the experience with Ananda Retreat was. I was listened to, given recommendations, and allowed to express my vision. They worked with us to create the PERFECT night. Josh and Emily were fantastic along with all of the other staff! Stress was minimal and I never felt rushed. 15/10 would recommend!Sent on 03/26/2019

I recently had my wedding at Ananda Retreat and it was honestly so perfect! The property is so peaceful and the barn is so shabby-chic gorgeous! I know all of my guests enjoyed the space, many traveled from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, California, Colorado and Texas! The Retreat offered a luxury shuttle that brought our guests to and from the wedding. Most of the guests stayed in cute Williams on Route 66.Sent on 07/24/2018
My husband and I spent the night in the VERY ROMANTIC candle lit Tipi. What a treat, I'll never forget it! So cozy, bohemian and beautiful! There were many special touches throughout, I know this place is only going to get more and more amazing over time! I will definitely be coming back for a yoga retreat!
