The Paseo

The Paseo is an outdoor wedding venue located in Apache Junction, Arizona. The venue offers a private, outdoor location which is seated at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain backdrops and the Sonoran Desert views, which are ideal for your wedding picture backgrounds. Choose between hosting your wedding celebration beneath the Arizona sky or beneath the gorgeous pavilion. The venue is located right off of North Apache Trail near Superstition Mountain Lost Dutchman Museum. The Paseo was established in 2014 as a family business. The owner's goal was to establish a venue that showcased the beauty that Arizona has to offer. Past guests of The Paseo praise the breathtaking location, the all-inclusive packages and wedding coordination.

Facilities and Capacity

Both the venue's ceremony space and reception area are outside and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The private estate includes iron entry gates and parking. Guests can enjoy a sunset cocktail hour on the lawns while enjoying the mountain views. The covered reception area includes 4,000 square feet of space with string lights and a high ceiling.

Services Offered

Saguaro Package

The Saguaro Package offers a partially inclusive option at The Paseo. The Saguaro package includes the venue rental (Entire Venue Rental or Reception Rental), catering, floral, bar service, entertainment, and cake. However, the package does not include your photographer or officiant, we feel that these two vendors are a little more personal and that you should be able to pick whomever you’d like. The Saguaro Package also does not include alcohol, The Paseo allows you to provide your own alcohol for your event, which can be a huge cost savings!

Site Rentals

The Paseo offers two site rental options, The Entire Venue Rental or Reception Rental. The Entire Venue Rental includes a 9 hour time block which includes ceremony, cocktail, and reception. Our Reception Rental is a 7 hour time block which only includes cocktail and reception. The site rentals offer a customizable option at The Paseo. We do require you to use one of our preferred caterers, DJs, and our bartending service. All other vendors brought in must be licensed and insured.

Cuisine

With our all-inclusive Saguaro Package, couples have the choice of two entrees, two side dishes, a salad, dinner rolls and two beverages. As for alcohol, the venue allows you to bring your own, or you can utilize their bartending services.

Other Services

The Paseo offers preferred outside caterers and entertainment. All outside vendors must be licensed and insured. They also offer on-site event coordination, including a timeline and event layout.
