We had our November wedding at Hope Barn with about 200 people. A beautiful, well-maintained blank slate. We had our ceremony outside and reception inside. The indoor/outdoor feel with the garage doors was a huge selling point. We got all our vendors from the preferred vendor list and were happy with them all. We chose to use their in-house planner Lillian and thank goodness we did. She was so knowledgeable about the venue and all the vendors which made everything a lot easier. She made the space and the sweetheart table beautiful with her incredible attention to detail and telling us what to order for all the decor. You can tell how much she loves creating these spaces for weddings. The entire staff at the venue was so kind, professional, and caring. We could feel that they truly cared about us as a couple and our special day. Our guests as well had nothing but positive things to say. Highly recommend!!

Her kind and professional demeanor makes her so easy to be around, and she quickly became more than just our coordinator—she became a dear friend.Lillian was incredibly accommodating, always scheduling meetings around the Bride, Mother of the Bride, and even the Groom’s schedules. She kept a detailed book with every piece of information about our event and personally contacted each vendor to confirm details on our behalf. The countless hours she invested into making our day perfect showed her true dedication and passion.Booking Lillian was by far the best investment we made for the entire wedding. If you’re considering a coordinator, look no further—you will absolutely love her!

Janine and michael winchester did a wonderful job for my husband celebration of life in 2019. Janine was compassionate and very kind at a very difficult time in our lives. She was easy to contact and especially accommodating and put me at ease as she guided me through the many choices. She was professional in every sense and had a genuine concern for what me and my family were going through. Michael provided the most amazing assortment of food that was absolutely beautifully presented. Everything was fresh, and ready on time. I was beyond grateful that he was able to move his schedule around to accommodate my families needs. Again, a genuinely caring, young man who went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. My daughter's wedding was this spring 2024 and it was so wonderful -- magical even! Our Wedding Coordinator, Lilian Tovar, was so diligent to meet with us regularly, she listened and understood the Bride & Groom's vision and desired feel for the ceremony. She put "feet" to the vision and nailed it PERFECTLY! Lilian was organized with checklists and "to do" tasks that were absolutely necessary (and appreciated!) to make the Day of the Celebration so well prepared that my myself, daughter, groom, and our families were able to ENJOY each other and the special day we were experiencing. Our day of event coordinator, Janine Winchester, along with Lilian helped in decisions that ELIMINATED unnecessary work and concerns for us so that we were able to focus on the GOOD stuff! My daughter and son in-law’s wedding at Hope Barn & Gardens was picture perfect. The facility and grounds were well kept and lovely. The attention to beauty detail was evident in so many features including the paver path along the side, freshly planted flowers, lawn watering schedule, hedge placement, shade management, multiple photo locations, pretty night lighting, outdoor sound system, vendor access, wonderful bungalow, and modern reception barn. The whole space was thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and functional for wedding celebrations. All the staff is amazing and easy to work with.
We agree with our guests that the venue was perfect. The free pre-marriage workshop provided by the church was also much appreciated. Thank you Hope Barn & Gardens!!

My name is April Brien and my husband, Matthew Brien and I got married at Hope Barn & Gardens on March 9, 2024. The day could not have been more magical, and was PERFECT beyond words can truly express! Janine Winchester and her Hope Barn & Gardens team were easy to get in contact with to schedule a tour of the venue. Janine was responsive where she answered any and all questions we had at any given time. Janine was also on-site the day-of our wedding (you get a day of coordinator with the venue), and she helped keep everything on track.

The venue itself is beautiful with its green grass, big trees, and modern barn feel. It is a venue that is perfect whether you are wanting outdoor or indoor accommodations for your wedding day (or both like we did!). When my maid of honor and I showed up to the venue day-of, we had a big, comfortable house that is on the property to get ready, and shake out all the pre-ceremony jitters ;) Matthew, my husband and his best man had a quaint room inside the barn for getting ready where they could also relax. The views, the guest hangout spots, the beauty of the modern barn...this venue really has it ALL!

There are two other vendors that are recommended with the venue that we used, and our special day would not have been the same without them. The first one being our wedding coordinator, Lillian Tovar whose business is "Decor by Lilly." Lillian is a true professional, and let me tell you...she gets things DONE and done in a way that goes beyond what you could ever imagine! Lillian is so creative and passionate about what she does. I am convinced that she has fairy dust with her at all times, because everything she touches is magic! During our wedding preparations, she had frequent meetings with us, did email check-ins, made the venue EXTRA gorgeous, and was also with us the day of our wedding. There is truly nothing she cannot do. She is worth every penny (and then some!!!).

The other vendor we used for our food was Butcher Block Catering. Michael Winchester is the owner and chef of this incredible company. Michael met with us prior to the wedding where we discussed our options, and planned everything out with us. He is a true artist with food, and food with FLAVOR! He also pays great attention to detail, and did not miss a beat when it came to our food. I cannot tell you how many of our guests came up to my parents, Matthew and I just raving about every item he prepared! He has many offerings, but we went with Italian-style and he also did our happy hour appetizers.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5. When Matthew and I reflect back on our special wedding day, we talk about how it was perfect due to being at Hope Barn & Gardens and the vendors I talked about above. We are forever grateful to the team at Hope Barn & Gardens. Thank you!!

My husband and I got married at Hope Barn & Gardens on 11/12/22. We immediately fell in love with this beautiful venue the second we laid eyes on it. From the beginning, Janine and Taylor treated us so kindly and were so accommodating & professional. They both communicated so wonderfully with us throughout the wedding planning process, and they were quick to answer any questions that we had. Our wedding day at Hope Barn & Gardens was so special, and the flow of the day went so well. This venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I’d recommend it to any couples looking for a venue for their special day.

Everyone knows that this is the only word to use to most accurately represent that feeling when it’s hard to find the right words to describe how positively blown away you are by a moment… and can I just say that we had a ton of moments where we would look around the venue on our wedding day all we could say is WOW! In fact I think that most I have ever heard this word in one day was on our wedding day from the combination of myself, my wife, my family, and my guests consistently saying WOW when talking about our wedding day at Hope Barn & Gardens!!

We absolutely loved getting to make use of this unique space because its simplicity creates such elegance. Janine the coordinator makes this clear from the get go and is constantly assuring us that there is no need to stress because she so confidently helps make sure that our setup and our day is both simple and elegant . Looking back she was right and those two things did end up being more true than I could have ever imagined.

This venue is only going to continue to become more and more of a hit for just a few of the following reasons:
Guests loved being able to enjoy the ceremony & reception in the same place (Indoor/outdoor use)
We loved the freedom to mix the existing list of recommended vendors (all of whom were great) + our own vendors that we knew
They have a great relationship with a local hotel that was willing to shuttle & take care of our out of town guests to and from the venue (Hilton)
We received a huge help and tons of confidence from Janine (venue coordinator) throughout our planning and day of experience in making our dreams become a reality to fit our specific needs!

I came to Hope Barn and Gardens a month before my wedding date desperate for a venue for my wedding. Our original venue (a relative's property) fell out last minute. Jeanine was super helpful and professional. They took all of the stress away on my wedding day by ensuring that everything was going according to plan. My wedding day was the best day of my life! We had so much fun and all of our guests keep raving about it!
