The Gathering Place is a DIY rustic barn wedding facility located in Pinetop, Arizona. This historic equestrian barn has been thoughtfully renovated while retaining its original character, combining rustic charm with practical amenities for your special day. Enjoy the beauty of an outdoor ceremony along with the convenience of indoor space for dining, dancing, and celebrating.

Facilities and Capacity

Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful views of the White Mountains, The Gathering Place offers a spacious and scenic setting for weddings and other special events.

The grounds feature a verdant lawn for ceremonies and a custom pine wedding arch nestled in a peaceful outdoor setting. The arch can be decorated to complement any wedding style, from simple and understated to sophisticated and elegant.

The Historic Barn provides a warm, rustic atmosphere with approximately 2,800 square feet of interior space and capacity for 50–150 guests. The space offers flexibility for décor, dining, dancing, and other event arrangements while preserving the character of the original barn.

Rental Inclusions

The Gathering Place is offered as a DIY rental facility, allowing couples to select and coordinate their own vendors, décor, day-of coordination, and event logistics.

Rental inclusions include:

• Day-before access for setup and preparation

• Folding picnic tables

Couples are responsible for coordinating their vendors and making arrangements for event logistics, including contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, severe weather, acts of God, vendor cancellations, or other disruptions. Backup power is not provided or guaranteed as part of the rental.
