Our wedding at the Paseo had high expectations, and the team and the venue blew them out of the water. We were floored with how beautiful everything looked the afternoon we pulled in to the venue after over a year of planning.
The staff and vendors work together like a well oiled machine that makes you feel like the guest of honor at the wedding, not a host. All of our guests were blown away by superstition mountain and the venue itself. We can't recommend the Paseo enough. Special shoutout to Brittney as well, who was our awesome day of coordinator. Thank you for everything! -

We love this venue. It's stunningly beautiful and offers privacy with indoor and outdoor areas that are the perfect way to take advantage of the beautiful desert landscape. We started touring venues over 2 years before our wedding date. We knew as we were touring The Paseo that it was going to be our wedding venue. It has the most breathtaking views of the Arizona desert with the perfect backdrop of the Superstition Mountains. Everyone we had worked with along the way were very communicative and so helpful when it came to planning. Danielle was our wedding day coordinator and she was such a delight to work with. She took charge getting everyone and everything organized to make wedding day an amazing experience. Throughout the night she would check-in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. She with out a doubt made our day an unforgettable one.
Many of our guests were from out of state and had never been to Arizona before our wedding. Both in and out of state guests were truly left speechless by the breathtaking views of the venue. We could not recommend The Paseo more to wedding couples wanting to get married in Arizona!! -

Hands-down, the best venue out there. The venue is absolutely breath-taking. The process of booking is so seamless and their employees help with every step of the way. Getting married can feel so overwhelming as a bride, but the Paseo will ease your stress. The weeks and days leading up to your wedding are well-organized and the day of, is absolutely perfect. The Paseo knows what they are doing. Myself, my husband and my entire family were astonished on how well the night flowed from one event to the next. We want to personally thank Monica, our event director, for making the night possible! She’s amazing. But for all the faces we didn’t see or get to meet, a huge thank you to all for making our wedding the best night of our lives. The Paseo is the place to get married and it is worth every penny. -

We had our destination wedding at The Paseo this year and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect desert wedding. From the moment we expressed interest in the venue to the second we walked off the property on our wedding night The Paseo and their team provided the ultimate quality of customer service. We went with the Saguaro Package and each of the vendors who came with the package were spectacular. Monica was also our coordinator and our day truly wouldn't have been the same without her! It's a stunning venue with incredible customer service, I'd recommend it to anyone! -

The Paseo is hands down the BEST venue in the Phoenix area. We booked our wedding rather quickly when a spot opened up due to a cancellation and their team worked efficiently and effectively to make sure we had the best day ever. Monica was our coordinator and she was on point through the entire process. She was quick to respond to our emails with questions and changes and was always happy to help us through the planning process. She made sure our day ran smoothly and was so much fun. I cannot recommend this venue enough to couples - they are booked for a reason, they are simply amazing! The breathtaking views of the superstition mountains, the flow of the venue from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception and every detail in between makes this venue worth every penny! We wish we could get married all over again :) Thank you Paseo team for everything! -

Perfect experience! We booked our wedding here a year and a half in advance and they made everything go seemless! We got the package with the Paseo and didn’t regret it at all. It was the best choice we mad! If anything went wrong we definitely didn’t know about it and don’t want to know. Everything turned out perfect! It was so beautiful. I gave them my vision and Kelsea turned it into a reality. Just absolute perfection! -

Dream of a Wedding
The Paseo was a dream of a wedding location. They were pretty booked out so we decided to get married on a Sunday, which wasn't our original plan but we would do it again in a heartbeat if it meant we could say our vows at the Paseo. The desert was gorgeous with the mountain in the background and the Paseo team was wonderful to work with. They fielded all of my questions within a timely manor. We had an incident with a vender and the Paseo helped me get a new vender! If I were to go back and do it again I wouldn't do the all inclusive package just because we were limited to who we could choose for certain categories. Originally, we chose the all inclusive package in hopes of making our lives easier as I had no idea about what venders were out there. But later we decided to hire a wedding planner and she knew a lot about venders in the AZ wedding world. My wedding planner also said the Paseo team was AMAZING the day of the wedding, which is super helpful! The Paseo Team also sent home the cutest little wine glass as a wedding gift after the wedding, which shows just how much they care about their couples! -

Loved this venue from the first visit. This was actually the first venue that my husband and I visited. This site was always my #1 and I would choose it over and over. They were organized and very helpful. Brittney was our coordinator and she was awesome. Even when our dessert vendor didn't show up, Brittney and my family/friends stepped up to save the day so nobody would notice. And still managed to make the dessert table a success (Thank goodness for Fry's being near by with desserts). We received many compliments on the beautiful views. We did not do one of the packages - mainly because we wanted to choose our own food (Andrews BBQ- sooo amazing!) & DJ (Amani Jae Entertainment- James/Jackie -- also amazing!). Wouldn't have change anything about choosing the Paseo, it was such a perfect venue! Thanks again Brittney! -

This place has it all. The venue was to die for -- everything was so beautiful and stunning. We had a wedding end of January, and the sunset on the mountains was absolutely beautiful. They are so organized and the vendors they use are on point. We went with the Saguaro package and it felt like white glove service -- everything was taken care of. Most Special Day Of Our Lives.
WE LOVE THE PASEO! We had our wedding here on November 14th, and honestly it was the most incredible day I could have ever imagined. I found The Paseo while living in Florida almost two years prior to our wedding, and knew from that moment that this was it. Photos do not do The Paseo justice, and every single one of our guests commented on how incredible the venue was, and how perfectly the whole evening was executed. Brittney was spectacular, responsive, SO helpful, and orchestrated everything perfectly. Everyone at The Paseo is detail oriented, and leaves no stone unturned with it comes to planning your wedding. They will walk you through every single step along the way, and ensure that every aspect has been organized. I cannot possibly recommend this venue enough. From start to finish - everything was spectacular. Thank you Brittney and the entire staff at The Paseo for making our wedding the most spectacular day imaginable! -

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people that work there. If you are engaged and currently looking for a venue that has it all, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING and go check out The Paseo! You will not be disappointed. The view speaks for itself, but the amazing team members are truly masters at their craft. This team has wedding planning and coordinating down to a science. Not a single thing happened on my day that was not planned for (at least none that I am aware of) and they were there EVERY single step of the way to answer my one million questions. Hands down this was the best decision we could have made! My husband (!) and I got married this past Thursday, 9/26/19 and Brittney was AMAZING! From the beginning planning stages, to the week before and crunch time, to the night of, she was so responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions and was on top of everything, and helped set up and break down all of our decor. She calmed me down and helped to plan around the rain for our ceremony. We would have been lost without her! Brittney and the staff at The Paseo give so much attention to your day and handle all of the little things you don't even think about! I am so so glad that we decided to go with this venue. Our guests from both near and far were absolutely amazed by the view as well! It was the best night of our lives, THANK YOU! -

We got married at The Paseo at the beginning of March, and it was an absolutely perfect venue. The ceremony backdrop is the Superstition Mountain range, and you are surrounded by open desert with giant Saguaro cacti. The reception space is gorgeous, and massive! There are so many different ways you can style it to match your preferences.
We worked with Kayla, and she was an exceptional coordinator. We live out of state, and it was very difficult to plan everything from so far away. Kayla and the whole team at The Paseo really went above and beyond to help us plan everything leading up to the wedding. She is so organized, and helped us through decisions and scenarios that we hadn't even thought of. She was always responsive with the millions of questions I sent, and so helpful in creating the wedding that we wanted.
They have a preferred list of vendors, which was so helpful - we didn't even know where to start. Based on what we were looking for, they helped us decide which vendors would be the best fit.
Our wedding ceremony and reception was seamless - we had little hiccups (of course) that day, but Kayla handled literally everything, and made it so I didn't have to stress at all.
They set up the decorations that we brought, and created such a beautiful space. We had people come from across the country and from across the pond, and everyone was raving about how beautiful everything was. Coming from out of state, and arriving a little less organized than I would have liked, I was worried about how everything would turn out - Kayla understood the vision and feel I was going for without me having to direct her on everything. She made it happen, and I am so grateful for the aesthetic she created.
We chose the Paseo for the beauty of the open desert, and the absolutely gorgeous space with tons of details that will wow you and your guests.
What we didn't know was just how supportive and instrumental the staff at The Paseo would be to creating the wedding of our dreams.
Choosing to get married at The Paseo was one of the best decisions we've ever made.

I was absolutely clueless about planning a wedding. We were extremely lucky to have found The Paseo! The Paseo staff make the whole process so unbelievably easy. They have it down to a science. Since we were an out-of-town couple, we really had no idea which vendors to choose from. The Paseo offers wedding packages that include preferred vendors that made the wedding planning process so simple. All their preferred vendors were a dream to work with. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and so professional. Our coordinator from The Paseo was Kelsea and she was amazing to work with! She was very responsive, helpful, professional and so kind! I can’t say enough good things about The Paseo and their staff. The venue is breathtaking and our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the wedding was. I would highly recommend this venue and staff to any couple. -

The Paseo was amazing, even though it was on the more spendy side of venues, it was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. They provided us a wedding coordinator named "Kayla". I absolutely LOVED her. She did everything from give me advice when I needed it, to coordinating with all of our vendors and making sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. She was so personable and sweet too. The view of the mountain let alone is enough to take your breath away but the industrial indoor/outdoor building was the absolute selling point for us. It had beautiful detailed doors we took photos infront of, lace detail and a specific style you could NOT get anywhere else... We didn't need a lot of decor because the venue was just that beautiful. The day of the wedding our guests loved it, and after I had a ton of girls telling me how much they wished they used the Paseo instead of another place! The beautiful dark wooden tables and chairs the provided were beautiful. We didn't use cloth on anything except a gift table and three round tables. They provide heaters, coolers and umbrellas to accommodate the weather on your wedding day. They have two dance floors and the option for two bars. We used one bar as a desert/churro stand and it was such a hit. I loved everything about our wedding here and if I could go back and do it again, The Paseo would be my FIRST choice. Thanks to all their wonderful staff, Kayla, and the architect who made this place a dream come true for my wedding. -

She made everything so simple and stress-free for my fiance and I. Kayla was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was even open to a few last minute changes a few days prior to the wedding. She was so accommodating and professional every step of the way! We loved our entire experience working with The Paseo and I don't think we could have chosen a more perfect venue all around. We absolutely loved our experience working with the ladies at The Paseo from start to finish. Our coordinator, Kelsea, was so on top of things that I didn't have to worry about a single detail. All of our vendors were scheduled to arrive and came on time and had things set up and nearly completed by the time we arrived on the day. There was a slight furniture hiccup with a vendor and Kelsea called and resolved the issue by providing a table of their own to fill in the gap. I could go on forever but in short we were so pleased and our wedding was a dream day in a dream location. If you're looking for gorgeous views, friendly staff, and a stress free wedding experience, The Paseo is your venue!

Danielle Sent on 03/16/2018This place was a dream come true! We could not imagine our wedding in a more beautiful setting. I could not stop staying "THIS IS PERFECT" the entire evening. The sunset views, the mountains, the amazing and accommodating staff, the desert landscape, the breathtaking ceremony area, and the spacious and unique reception area, were better than we could have ever imagined for the location of the most special day of our lives! We had ZERO regrets, complaints or negative experiences with this venue. Being an out-of-town bride, you always anticipate challenges, well, not with this venue and their amazing, welcoming staff. They worked well with our personal wedding planner/coordinator and went above and beyond with their hospitality. We chose the "all inclusive" package, and could not be more satisfied with the vendors that we worked with. On top of that, it NEVER felt like a "cookie cutter" wedding experience. Every guest was impressed, and many of our guests said that this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Thank you to the Paseo team for making our day so very special and one that we will never forget.

Brittney is amazing and coordinated our whole wedding. She was so patient, put me at ease, ensured everything was perfect for our special day, answered all of my million questions, and overall just made our wedding a day to remember. The Paseo team truly cares for each of their couples and makes all the stress of wedding planning simple. The Paseo is very flexible and offers an array of packages that fit your every need. Every contracted vendor from The Paseo for our wedding was amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at this venue. So many guests came up to me and said "this was by far the most beautiful and unique wedding I have ever been too!". The mountain in the background, the cocktail hour area, the reception space. EVERYTHING WAS TO DIE FOR! And their event team was so wonderful to work with. They made my location dream COME TRUE.

The entire team there is very helpful and responsive and made our wedding an absolute dream. Kelsea was our coordinator and she was the best. She responded to e-mails and even text messages, scheduled multiples meetings with us and was very patient, answering all my excessive questions and laying everything out in an organized way that made planning super easy! We thought their prices were reasonable especially considering how stunningly gorgeous every inch of that place is. We had about 120 at my wedding, and it was the perfect size, and could have fit more comfortably. There’s a nice resort about 10 minutes down the road which was very convenient. Every single guest has raved about how perfect it was how beautiful it all was! We would make this decision over and over again in a heartbeat. Chelsea Sent on 03/25/2017Where to even begin!! When we began looking for a wedding venue, we wanted something that truly showed just how beautiful Arizona could be. After searching through what seemed a million venues, we stumbled across The Paseo online. We instantly reached out to them to learn more.
From that point on is when I learned how amazing the team at The Paseo is. Their full price packages (while still an amazing deal) were out of our budget. When we informed them our anniversary was on a Thursday and we wanted to keep that date, they worked with us to create a custom budget/package so we could keep our anniversary date and also too our budget. At that point we scheduled our venue tour.
While The Paseo is a bit outside of town, the drive up there is absolutely beautiful. Once you reach the venue you can instantly tell what amazing views of superstition mountain it has. Once we got inside the pavilion, the venue absolutely speaks for itself. We were sold on that tour. There is no other venue that showcases Arizona's beauty like The Paseo does.
In the fourteen months we had between signing and our wedding date, Kayla was our coordinator and is absolutely amazing. She was there for any large or simple question I had. She was also great at recommending vendors to me (love their recommendation for On The Rocks Bartending!). Kayla always made sure to respond to me with 24 hours as well.
I cannot tell you how many comments we have gotten about how beautiful their venue is. We also used their wooden tables and chairs and they just work so great with the venue.
The day of the wedding any issues that arrived, were handled so perfectly by Kayla and her team. I am truly going to miss going out to see this venue and more importantly, I will miss working with Kayla. I could not have asked for a better venue and team. Anyone considering this venue, it is well worth it. This was our "splurge" item and the item we do not regret at all.

Caitlin Sent on 03/14/2017My husband and I have lived in Arizona for a few years and decided to bring our Midwest family and friends to the desert for our big day. I instantly fell in love with The Paseo during their open house. It has the perfect desert vibe and majestic Arizona feel we were looking to share on our big day. The Peraltas were nothing but sweet and accommodating during the entire process. Kelsea was my direct contact and she couldn't have been more helpful leading up to the big day.
Flash forward to our wedding day, we ended up with one of the coldest and rainiest days I think Arizona has seen in quite some time. The Paseo, which is known for its beautiful outdoor spaces and backdrops, doesn't see a ton of weddings with this amount of rain. :) However, we went over our rainy day options and about an hour and a half before the ceremony, we decided the ceremony needed to be brought in the pavilion space and we could leave the doors open to still get the backdrop. Was it the ceremony I had envisioned? No. You never think it will rain on your wedding day, BUT Kelsea and the Paseo team made me feel so comfortable and worked their tails off the entire night to make sure the wedding still went off without a hitch. I don't think I saw them sit still all night - they are such hard workers!
To those brides that are hesitant about booking this location in case of rain - don't worry. They have you covered. You might not get the outdoor wedding you were hoping for, but that's always a risk! At the end of the day, they have a back up plan and will work hard to make sure your day is perfect for you and your husband. Our day was even better than we had imagined and now we have a funny story about our cold desert wedding in the rain. It's supposed to be lucky, right?

Kayla and the rest of the staff were helpful, super communicative, and professional. They were also very accommodating and friendly. The venue itself is in the most beautiful of locations with the best views you can get of the Superstition Mountains. The whole place leaves you with a magical feeling. Truly a fairy tale! I had more compliments than I can count about how fantastic this venue was the night of my wedding. I want to go back and re-live the day/night over and over again. Emmy Sent on 03/08/2016We booked The Paseo more than a year in advance for our wedding, when they were still heavily under construction. We completely believed in them, and they 100% pulled through for us. During the entire year plus leading up to our wedding, they were always there to quickly answer our questions. Our planning meetings towards the end went very well; they have a large selection of linen colors for the tables that are all included in the price of renting the venue and the set-up options for the tables are endless. We loved being able to customize what we wanted to have where, and in many instances they gave us advice on where things should be placed which was very appreciated. I completely planned my own wedding and had made all the centerpieces and other decorations myself. We dropped them all off on the day of our rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding I arrived to find everything set up beautifully by the Paseo staff--I could not have asked for more and I felt completely stress-free after I arrived, which was a miracle. Our wedding could not have been more perfect for us--of course everyone commented on how gorgeous the scenery and setting was, it was everything we hoped for. The Paseo staff loaded up all our cards and gifts in a pre-designated vehicle; it was so nice to not even have to think about that. At the end of the night, they were there to take everything down to have ready for us to pick up the next day. I've been to many weddings where the family and even the bride and groom have had to worry about setting everything up and taking everything down at the end of the night, and that was definitely not the case with The Paseo. Kayla, Kelsea, and Becky were amazing and instrumental in making our day perfect and stress-free. Thank you all so much! So sad that I spent 50,000+ for one person to ruin my wedding and her name is KELSEY she is horrible at everything especially her attitude. Due to the weather outside was getting darker sooner so the photographer asked if we could move the time to start at 5pm which was fine with me because the invitations said 5pm start time I did not see a big deal since the guest should already be here. I told Kelsey about the idea to change it she was very belittling, condescending telling me that there is only 5 people at the ceremony. And I said that is fine I rather get pictures instead of losing the opportunity I know the risk & she continued to tell me that I would lose time with the vendors when it’s not true I booked the vendors to start at 5-6pm which should all be sent up for after the ceremony. How would I lose time if they have been paid to start at 5 to begin with all vendors were paid for the whole night.
She came into the bridal suite and said okay we are just going to do that I’ll tell everyone and SLAMMED the door on me & my bridal party. Very unprofessional like child like behavior. I then asked to speak to a different person since she was very aggressive & she continued to attack me and say that there is no one else when I saw 5 different Paseo staff. She said she is one of the owners again very belittling I didn’t ask if she was one of the owners? & if she really was then she wouldn’t treat me and talk to me in that way. She was very undermining of my choices and for paying a lot of money she should of just said I’ll see what I can do, it seemed like it was her way or the high way. I am a professional & these demeanors I can expect from my mental health patients not from an owner. She then proceeded to call me ma’am which I could expect if I was elder but I am 29 and she kept repeating it in my face making hand gestures where I come from that is very rude & repeatedly said I just want you to understand like insulting my masters degree in health care. When we start the ceremony I looking out through the windows of the pavilion and I couldn’t believe it she lied to me there was not 5 people all chairs were filled but two rows. She then took down my welcome table right away so I didn’t even get any cards people were handing them to me directly like a child she didn’t decorate how I told her the day before the floating candle holders didn’t even have water in them and when I said they need water she responded no they don’t or they will melt she thought I meant the goblets so I told the other paseo staff Casside that I was talking about the floating candles and she right away put water in them. The neon sign was not up I had to tell my bridesmaid to tell her to put it up. It seemed like after that encounter she didn’t do anything that I had asked her to do very unprofessional she sabotage all my decor very spiteful to ruin someone’s wedding. She never spoke to me the whole night or apologized for her tone or for even slamming the door she just said the doors are sensitive. Instead of “that wasn’t my intention if it seemed like I slammed it I’m sorry” I believe she would benefit from some behavior classes to be able to de escalate situations instead of making it worse.
Overall the structure venues wise was 10/10 the bridal suite was extremely smaller than the grooms.
DJ Steve was 10/10 awesome music & made us feel heard.
Creations & cuisine was 10/10! Amber was very helpful in giving me options when I had rented some black plates that didn’t fit the plates service she was understanding and found a solution right away. The food was so delicious I felt like I was at a fancy restaurant.
Jessica Barry flowers was 10/10 she was very flexible and worked with my busy work schedule. Flowers were very beautiful & fresh.
Sue Jacobs cake was 10/10 very modern nice cake looking on the outside and delicious on the inside.
Bartender by venue was 10/10 always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. -
