Ainka and Kali were so helpful with my day of coordination at the St Clair Inn this October. While my family was getting hair and makeup done they had their crew on the ball making sure the florist, venue, and final details all came together. This allowed my family and I to relax, enjoy the morning, and make the most of our time together.

They also helped to gather all our items and get them stored while allowing the family to focus on making more memories or getting to bed after the event wrapped.

Leading up to the event, Ainka was a rock star in helping check in on our planning progress at regular intervals and providing guidance from her experience. She was so positive, prepared, professional, passionate, and reassuring from beginning to end.

We were a pretty well organized and prepared couple and I still found Ainka’s service to be more than worth it to make sure we could enjoy our hard planning work to the fullest the day of. Highly recommend her day of package even if you think you have it all handled and I could definitely see how her full service or add on services could be a good fit for those who want to do less of the planning themselves as well.

I will never be able to thank Ainka and her team enough for everything they did for us. We hired Ainka as a day of coordinator for our wedding, and she provided so much more. I felt like I had a great handle on my wedding, but Ainka made sure to cross every T and dot every I, and there are about a million things I would’ve missed if it hadn’t been for her. The actual day of the wedding was incredible, and my mom still talks (regularly) about how fabulous Ainka and her team made the room look. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her to do more. I’ve recommended her to everyone I know. It would be a mistake to hire anyone else.

Ainka was well organized, attentive, and creative. From our first meeting we clicked very well. She asked all the right questions and did a great job creating our timeline and working with the vendors. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted to do with centerpieces, gave her creative leeway, and she took it above and beyond!
She was on top of everything and left this "control freak" bride with nothing to do but sit back and enjoy the day!
